Be vigilant for the possible third wave of corona and implement measures quickly – Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar.

Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar took a review of the corona outbreak situation in the Pune district.

Pune, Pimpri-Chinchwad metropolitan level to relax some of the restrictions on the decision to discuss at the Ministry level.
It is a matter of satisfaction that Pune district has crossed the milestone of 55 lakhs in covid vaccination.
Maintain a well-equipped treatment system and be consistent with tests and surveys.
Keep rural health systems equipped with Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad metropolitan areas.

Although the number of coronaviruses is declining, it will not go unnoticed. Deputy Chief Minister and Guardian Minister Ajit Pawar today directed to keep the treatment system equipped and also to continue the tests and surveys, considering the possible third wave of the corona. He also clarified that a decision will be taken today at the ministry level to give some leeway in the restrictions in Pune, Pimpri-Chinchwad metropolis.  Dy. Cm. Ajit Pawar

On this occasion, Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar said, considering the possible third wave of the corona, the health system in rural areas including Pune and Pimpri Chinchwad metropolis should be equipped. He also directed that the treatment facilities including ventilators, oxygen systems, and necessary trained manpower should be kept under constant review, as well as speeding up of the survey and sampling campaign being carried out in rural areas.

Stating that the pace of vaccination in Pune district is satisfactory, Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar said that it is a matter of satisfaction that Pune district has crossed the milestone of 55 lakh in covid vaccination. He said that the state government has been following up with the central government for the availability of vaccines and there has been a continuous effort to increase the number of vaccines.
