PM Modi reviews Ayodhya Development Projects through video conferencing.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi today reviewed the development plan for Ayodhya. During the virtual meeting, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath presented a vision document for the development of Ayodhya. Government officials made a presentation that encompassed various aspects of Ayodhya’s development. Ayodhya’s development is being envisaged as a Spiritual Centre, Global Tourism Hub and a sustainable Smart City. 

The Prime Minister described Ayodhya as a city that is etched in the cultural consciousness of every Indian. He said Ayodhya should manifest the finest of our traditions and the best of our developmental transformations. He said, Ayodhya is both spiritual and sublime and the human ethos of this city must be matched by futuristic infrastructure, which is beneficial for everyone including tourists and pilgrims.   

Mr Modi stressed that the coming generations should feel the desire to visit Ayodhya at least once in their lifetime. He pointed out that developmental works in Ayodhya will continue in the foreseeable future and the momentum towards heralding Ayodhya to this next leap of progress must begin now. He said it is our collective endeavour to celebrate the identity of Ayodhya and keep its cultural vibrancy alive through innovative ways. 

The Prime Minister said that the way Lord Ram had the ability to bring people together, the development works of Ayodhya should be guided by a spirit of healthy public participation, especially by the youth. He called for the skills of our talented youngsters to be leveraged in this development of the city. 

During the meeting, the Prime Minister was informed about various upcoming and proposed infrastructure projects to improve connectivity with Ayodhya. Various infrastructure projects like Airport, expansion of Railway Station, Bus station, roads and highways were discussed. 

An upcoming Greenfield township was discussed which includes lodging facilities for devotees, space for Ashrams, Math’s, Hotels, Bhavans of various states. A tourist facilitation centre, a world-class museum will also be built. Special attention is being devoted to the development of infrastructure around the Saryu river and its ghats. Cruise operation on the Saryu river will also be made a regular feature. The city will be developed to ensure sustainability with adequate spaces for cyclists and people on foot. Traffic management will also be done in a modern manner using Smart City infrastructure.  

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya, Deputy Chief Minister Dinesh Sharma and various other ministers of the Uttar Pradesh Government were present in the meeting. 

व्हिडिओ कॉन्फरन्सिंगद्वारे पंतप्रधान मोदींनी अयोध्या विकास प्रकल्पांचा आढावा घेतला. 

पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदी यांनी आज अयोध्याच्या विकास आराखड्याचा आढावा घेतला. आभासी बैठकीत उत्तर प्रदेशचे मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ यांनी अयोध्याच्या विकासासाठी व्हिजन डॉक्युमेंट सादर केले. सरकारी अधिकाऱ्यांनी  एक सादरीकरण केले ज्यामध्ये अयोध्याच्या विकासाच्या विविध बाबींचा समावेश आहे. अयोध्याच्या विकासाची कल्पना अध्यात्म केंद्र, ग्लोबल टूरिझम हब आणि सस्टेनेबल स्मार्ट सिटी म्हणून केली जात आहे. 

 पंतप्रधानांनी प्रत्येक भारतीयांच्या सांस्कृतिक जाणीव जागृत असलेले शहर म्हणून अयोध्याचे वर्णन केले. ते म्हणाले की, अयोध्याने आपल्या उत्कृष्ट परंपरा आणि आपल्या विकासातील सर्वोत्कृष्ट बदल घडवून आणले पाहिजेत.अयोध्या हे आध्यात्मिक आणि उदात्त दोन्हीही आहेत आणि भविष्यातील पायाभूत सुविधांनी या शहराच्या मानवी संस्कारांची पूर्तता केली पाहिजे, जे पर्यटक आणि यात्रेकरूंसह प्रत्येकासाठी फायदेशीर आहे. 

मोदींनी भर दिला की आगामी पिढ्यांना आयुष्यात एकदा तरी अयोध्येत जाण्याची इच्छा वाटली पाहिजे. अयोध्यामधील विकास कामे नजीकच्या भविष्यकाळातही सुरू राहतील आणि अयोध्याला पुढील प्रगतीची झेप देण्याच्या दिशेने वेग आता सुरू झाला पाहिजे, असे त्यांनी नमूद केले. ते म्हणाले की, अयोध्येची ओळख साजरी करण्याचा आणि अभिनव मार्गांनी सांस्कृतिक चैतन्य टिकवून ठेवण्याचा आमचा एकत्रित प्रयत्न आहे. 

पंतप्रधान म्हणाले की, भगवान राम यांना ज्या प्रकारे लोकांना एकत्र आणण्याची क्षमता होती, तसंच निरोगी लोकसहभागाच्या भावनेने, विशेषत: तरुणांनी मार्गदर्शन केले पाहिजे. शहराच्या या विकासात आमच्या प्रतिभावान तरूण मुलांच्या कौशल्यांचा फायदा व्हावा, असे आवाहन त्यांनी केले. या बैठकीत पंतप्रधानांना अयोध्येशी संपर्क सुधारण्यासाठी विविध आगामी आणि प्रस्तावित पायाभूत प्रकल्पांची माहिती देण्यात आली. आयपोर्ट, रेल्वे स्टेशनचा विस्तार, बस स्थानक, रस्ते आणि महामार्ग अशा विविध पायाभूत प्रकल्पांवर चर्चा झाली.  

येत्या ग्रीनफील्ड टाउनशिपमध्ये चर्चा करण्यात आली ज्यामध्ये भाविकांसाठी राहण्याची सोय, आश्रम, मठ, हॉटेल, विविध राज्यातील भवनांसाठी  जागा समाविष्ट आहे. पर्यटन सुविधा केंद्र, जागतिक दर्जाचे संग्रहालयही बांधले जाईल. शरयू नदी व त्यावरील घाटांच्या आसपासच्या पायाभूत सुविधांच्या विकासाकडे विशेष लक्ष दिले जात आहे. शरयू नदीवर जलपर्यटन हे पर्यटकांसाठी आकर्षण  ठरणार आहे.  सायकल चालक आणि पायी जाणाऱ्या  लोकांना पुरेशी मोकळी जागा मिळावी यासाठी शहर विकसित केले जाईल. स्मार्ट सिटी इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चरचा वापर करून वाहतूक व्यवस्थाही आधुनिक पद्धतीने केली जाईल.

या बैठकीस उत्तर प्रदेशचे मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ, उपमुख्यमंत्री केशव प्रसाद मौर्य, उपमुख्यमंत्री दिनेश शर्मा आणि उत्तर प्रदेश सरकारचे विविध मंत्री उपस्थित होते.
