The state government is positive about helping behind-the-scenes artists-Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar.

 The work of behind-the-scenes work in the field of film and drama as well as the work of ordinary painters is very important. This class is facing difficulties due to the closure of dramas and films during the Corona period. While the state government is providing free foodgrains and free medical treatment to all the poor and needy sections of society, a helping hand should also be extended by social organizations for such needs. This helping hand extended by ‘Anandi Vastu’ and ‘Samvad-Pune’ is very important, stated Deputy Chief Minister and Guardian Minister Ajit Pawar. The state government is also positive about helping behind-the-scenes artists and a decision will be taken soon, he said. 

          Accident Insurance Certificates were distributed to behind-the-scenes artists and technicians by Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar at Pune Patrakar Bhavan. At that time Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar was speaking. Anand Pimpalkar, President of Anandi Vastu Sanstha, Sunil Mahajan of Samvad, Nimita Moghe, Director of All India Film Corporation, Dr Ashwini Shende were present on this occasion.

        Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar said that the work of Anandi Vastu and Samvad-Pune was commendable for providing insurance cover to the artists working behind the scenes in the glamorous world of drama and behind the scenes. Pune has always set an example in the field of literature, drama, film, art and culture. While working in the field of arts and culture, Anandi Vastu and Samvad-Pune have extended a helping hand to the needy painters, creating a unique culture. 

         Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar said Marathi man is a playwright. Natyakalela has been getting Rajashraya and Lokashraya from the very beginning. Drama and films have always been supported by the government. The questions of the common man, who works behind the scenes in the field of film and drama, are important. This class has to face difficulties due to the closure of dramas and films during the Corona period. The role of the state government in helping the arts remains and will continue to be. Due to Corona, there are some restrictions on the screening of films and plays. The number of patients suddenly increased dramatically after we reduced the restrictions. The beds in the hospital began to feel short of oxygen. In this situation, Nilaja has imposed some restrictions to bring the corona under control. People’s lives must be saved. Saving lives is our number one priority. Therefore, as the risk is reduced, the restrictions will be gradually reduced, he said.

Accident insurance certificates were distributed to behind-the-scenes artists and technicians. Selected artists were also felicitated. The event was attended by dignitaries from various fields, artists, behind-the-scenes artists and technicians.

पडद्यामागील कलावंताना मदत करण्याबाबत राज्य शासन सकारात्मक -उपमुख्यमंत्री अजित पवार.

 चित्रपट व नाटकाच्या क्षेत्रात पडद्यामागे राहून काम करणारा तसेच सामान्य रंगकर्मी यांचे काम अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण आहे. कोरोनाच्या काळात नाटक, चित्रपटांचे प्रदर्शन बंद असल्याने या वर्गाला अडचणींचा सामना  करावा लागत आहे. राज्य शासनाने सर्वच गरीब, गरजू समाजघटकांना मोफत अन्नधान्य, मोफत वैद्यकीय उपचार उपलब्ध करत असताना, सामाजिक संस्थांकडूनही अशा गरजूंसाठी मदतीचा हात पुढे येणे आवश्यक आहे. ‘आनंदी वास्तू’ व ‘संवाद-पुणे’ संस्थेने पुढे केलेला हा मदतीचा हात अत्यंत महत्वाचा आहे, असे  प्रतिपादन उपमुख्यमंत्री तथा पालकमंत्री अजित पवार यांनी केले. राज्य शासनही पडद्यामागील कलावंताना मदत करण्याबाबत सकारात्मक  असून याबाबत लवकरच निर्णय घेण्यात येणार असल्याचेही त्यांनी सांगितले. 

          पुणे पत्रकार भवन येथे उपमुख्यमंत्री अजित पवार यांच्या हस्ते पडद्यामागील कलावंत-तंत्रज्ञ यांना अपघाती विमा प्रमाणपत्राचे वितरण करण्यात आले. त्यावेळी उपमुख्यमंत्री अजित पवार बोलत होते. यावेळी आनंदी वास्तू संस्थेचे अध्यक्ष आनंद पिंपळकर, संवादचे सुनील महाजन, अखिल भारतीय चित्रपट महामंडळाच्या संचालिका निमिता मोघे, डॉ.अश्विनी शेंडे उपस्थित होते.   

        नाटक-चित्रपटांच्या झगमगाटी दुनियेत, पडद्यामागे राहून, कलाक्षेत्राची सेवा करणाऱ्या रंगकर्मींना, कोरोना संकटकाळात, विमा संरक्षणाचा आधार दिल्याबद्दल ‘आनंदी वास्तू’ व ‘संवाद-पुणे’ संस्थेचे कार्य कौतुकास्पद असल्याचे सांगून उपमुख्यमंत्री अजित पवार म्हणाले, महाराष्ट्राची सांस्कृतिक राजधानी म्हणून पुण्याकडे बघितले जाते. साहित्य, नाटक, चित्रपट, कला आणि संस्कृतीच्या क्षेत्रात पुण्याने नेहमीच आदर्श निर्माण केला आहे. कला आणि संस्कृतीच्या क्षेत्रात काम करत असताना ‘आनंदी वास्तू’ व ‘संवाद-पुणे’ संस्थेनं, गरजू रंगकर्मींसाठी मदतीचा हात पुढे करुन, एका आगळ्यावेगळ्या संस्कृतीचं दर्शन घडवले आहे. 

         उपमुख्यमंत्री अजित पवार म्हणाले, मराठी माणूस नाटकवेडा आहे. नाट्यकलेला पहिल्यापासून राजाश्रय आणि लोकाश्रय मिळत आला आहे. नाटक व चित्रपटांनाही  शासनाची कायम मदतीचीच भूमिका राहीली आहे. चित्रपट व नाटकाच्या क्षेत्रात पडद्यामागे राहून काम करणारा, सामान्य रंगकर्मी यांचे प्रश्न महत्त्वाचे आहेत. कोरोनाच्या काळात नाटक, चित्रपटांचे प्रदर्शन बंद असल्याने या वर्गाला अडचणींचा सामना करावा लागतो. कलाक्षेत्राला मदत करण्याची राज्य शासनाची भूमिका राहिली आहे, आणि यापुढेही राहील. कोरोनामुळे, चित्रपटांच्या, नाटकांच्या प्रदर्शनांवर काही निर्बंध आहेत. मध्यंतरी आपण निर्बंध कमी केले त्यानंतर अचानक रुग्णांची संख्या मोठ्या प्रमाणात वाढली. हॉस्पिटलमध्ये बेड, ऑक्सिजनची कमी जाणवायला लागली. या परिस्थितीत, कोरोना नियंत्रणात आणण्यासाठी नाईलाजाने  काही निर्बंध लावले आहेत. लोकांचा जीव वाचला पाहिजे. लोकांचा जीव वाचवण्याला आपलं पहिले प्राधान्य आहे. त्यामुळे जसा धोका कमी होईल, तसे निर्बंध हळू हळू कमी केले जातील, असे त्यांनी सांगितले.  

          ‘संवाद-पुणे’ चे, सुनील महाजन यांनी प्रास्ताविक केले. तर अखिल भारतीय चित्रपट महामंडळाच्या संचालिका निमिता मोघे यांनी आभार मानले. यावेळी पडद्यामागील कलावंत-तंत्रज्ञ यांना अपघाती विमा प्रमाणपत्राचे वितरण करण्यात आले. तसेच निवडक कलावंताचाही सत्कार करण्यात आला. यावेळी विविध क्षेत्रातील मान्यवर, कलावंत, पडदयामागील कलावंत-तंत्रज्ञ उपस्थित होते.
