Home Department issued guidelines regarding Bakri Eid.

Considering the contagious situation caused by Covid-19, this year The Home Department has issued guidelines for celebrating Bakri Eid on July 21. All religious activities are banned in the state due to the contagious situation caused by Covid-19. Therefore, the prayers of Bakri Eid should be performed at home, not at Masjid Eidgah or in public places.

Currently operating livestock markets will remain closed. If citizens want to buy animals, they should do so online or by telephone. Citizens should make possible symbolic sacrifices.

The ‘Break the Chain’ restrictions that have been applied, as well as the subsequent notices issued from time to time, will remain in force. There can be no relaxation on the occasion of Bakri Eid.

Citizens should not crowd or gather in any public place on the occasion of Bakri Eid. It will be mandatory to comply with the rules prescribed by the Government Relief, Health, Environment, Medical Education Department as well as the concerned Municipal Corporation, Police, Local Administration to prevent the outbreak of the Covid virus. The Home Department has also clarified that if any notice is issued after this circular and between the actual start of the festival, it will be mandatory to comply with it.

बकरी ईद संदर्भात गृह विभागाच्या मार्गदर्शक सूचना जारी.

कोविड-19 मुळे उद्धवलेल्या संसर्गजन्य परिस्थितीचा विचार करता या वर्षी दि. २१ जुलै रोजी बकरी ईद साजरी करण्यासंदर्भात गृह विभागाने मार्गदर्शक सूचना निर्गमित केल्या आहेत.  कोविड-19 मुळे उद्भवलेल्या संसर्गजन्य परिस्थितीमुळे राज्यात सर्व धार्मिक कार्यक्रमांना बंदी आहे. त्यामुळे बकरी ईदची नमाज मस्जिद ईदगाह अथवा सार्वजनिक ठिकाणी अदा न करता, नागरिकांनी आपल्या घरीच अदा करावी.

सध्या कार्यान्वित असणारे जनावरांचे बाजार बंद राहतील. नागरिकांना जनावरे खरेदी करावयाची असल्यास त्यांनी ऑनलाईन पध्दतीने अथवा दूरध्वनीवरुन जनावरे खरेदी करावी. नागरिकांनी शक्यतो प्रतिकात्मक कुर्बानी करावी.

लागू करण्यात आलेले ‘ब्रेक दि चैन’ चे निर्बंध तसेच त्यानंतर वेळोवेळी निर्गमित केलेल्या सूचनांनुसार इतर निर्बंध कायम राहतील. त्यामध्ये बकरी ईद निमित्त कोणतीही शिथीलता देता येणार नाही.

बकरी ईदच्या निमित्ताने नागरिकांनी कुठल्याही सार्वजनिक ठिकाणी गर्दी करु नये किंवा एकत्र जमू नये.  कोविड विषाणूचा प्रादुर्भाव रोखण्यासाठी शासनाच्या मदत व पुनर्वसन, आरोग्य, पर्यावरण, वैद्यकीय शिक्षण विभाग तसेच संबंधित महापालिका, पोलीस, स्थानिक प्रशासन यांनी विहित केलेल्या नियमांचे अनुपालन करणे बंधनकारक राहील. तसेच या परिपत्रकानंतर व प्रत्यक्ष सण सुरु होण्याच्या मधल्या कालावधीत काही सूचना प्रसिध्द झाल्यास त्यांचेदेखील अनुपालन करणे बंधनकारक असेल असेही गृह विभागाने स्पष्ट केले आहे.
