Minister of State for Education launches National Educational Policy Workshop.

The Corona epidemic posed challenges to the education sector as well as various sectors. Against this background, there is a need to provide quality, employable, business-oriented education by creating a comprehensive education system for the overall development of society. In this connection, effective implementation of National Education Policy 2020 should be done, directed the Minister of State for School Education Bachchu Kadu here today.

For the effective implementation of National Education Policy 2020, a virtual three-day workshop organized by Amravati District Institute of Education and Training was inaugurated by Mr Kadu, Minister of State for School Education; He was talking at the time. The principal of the institute Milind Kubde, personal assistant to the minister of state Rahul Mohod, senior lecturer Prashant Davre along with the principals of various district education and training institutes and the director of the regional education authority were present.

Minister of State Shri. Kadu said education should include skills related to agriculture, industry and various other occupations. Students need to know their inclinations while learning, teach in that way, develop skills accordingly. Students in rural areas have great quality. But it does not come to the fore with traditional education. Therefore, separate initiatives will be taken by the school education department to find such qualities and provide strength for their development, said the Minister of State for Education.

The objective of the policy is to bridge the gap of inequality in education and create a wise society and knowledge superpower in the country by providing equal opportunities to all, bringing forth the unique potential of each student. The Minister of State for Education also appealed to every student to contribute to the opportunity of learning and acquiring excellent skills and for the establishment of a comprehensive system of learning accordingly. Kadu did it this time.

The three-day workshop has been attended by expert officers and staff from various fields in the Amravati division. Six groups of participants have been formed, through which a concrete action plan will be worked out.
