However, out of the vacancies in various departments of the State Government to be filled by the Maharashtra Public Service Commission as a special matter, the vacancies permitted by the Sub-Committee as well as the vacancies sanctioned by the High-Level Secretary Committee. May 4, 2021, Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar was directed to give exemption from the government decisions of June 24, 2021. He directed that while filling these posts, consideration should be given to ensure that no injustice is done to any component of the state by considering all the decisions of the court.
