The book ‘Covid Mukticha Marg’ written by Dr Deepak Mhaisekar, a retired Divisional Commissioner and an advisor to the Chief Minister, was compiled by Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray.
Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Minister said that for the last one and a half to two years, we have all been fighting Covid. In all these journeys we faced different problems, accepted different challenges, took many steps. While fighting the second wave today, there is also the possibility of a third possible wave, at which time it is necessary to compile all your experiences. So that the next generation can get detailed information about how we coped with this crisis.
Mutations are also occurring in the covid virus, and new incarnations of these viruses have posed challenges to the world. Today, even in the countries around us, infection is once again on the rise. Those who have taken two doses of the covid vaccine are also seen to be infected. So you have to be very careful and follow the rules of health well.
Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray also expressed the hope that through this book, all of us will get better direction for corona work.
The Chief Minister appreciated the attitude of Dr Deepak Mhaisekar to help the state government in this corona crisis even after retirement.
