The recruitment process should be carried out in a transparent manner – Minister of State for General Administration Dattatraya Bhare.
While recruiting in all departments of the Government in the forthcoming period; Minister of State for General Administration Dattatraya Bharane directed that the recruitment process should be conducted in a transparent manner in a manner that would not erode the confidence of the candidates. A meeting was held at the Ministry today under the chairmanship of Mr Bharne regarding the revised examination system in connection with the recruitment of departmental departments and government offices under their jurisdiction.
Prashant Sajanikar, Joint Secretary, General Administration Department, Prasad Kolte, Chief Operating Officer, Maha IT, Sudhir Nikale, Additional Secretary, Information and Technology Department and representatives of the institutes authorized to conduct the examination were present on the occasion.
Discussions were held on the introduction of face recognition technology as well as measures like installing jammers in the examination system. Institutions authorized to conduct the examination should ensure that the paper is not leak and dummy candidates do not sit for the examination. Minister of State Shri Bharne also warned that in case of any irregularity in the examination, the concerned institution will be blacklisted.
