Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar inaugurated various activities at Baramati.

On behalf of Baramati Taluka Milk Producers Association, Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar inaugurated a petrol pump at Khandobanagar, ATM of Pune District Co-operative Bank, Nandan Milk Parlor and Nandan Petroleum CNG Station of Torrent Gas today. Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar inaugurated various activities at Baramati.

Balasaheb Taware, Chairman, Malegaon Co-operative Sugar Factory, Niti Farande, Chairman, Baramati Panchayat Samiti, Sambhaji Holkar, Chairman, Integrated Development Committee, Sandeep Jagtap, Chairman, Baramati Taluka Milk Association, Ramesh Thorat, Chairman, Pune District Central Co-operative Bank, Shridhar Tambrapani, Executive Director, Torrent Gas, Vice President Rajendra Raikar, Deputy Mayor Abhijeet Jadhav, Managing Director of Dudh Sangh Sachin Dhope were present.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr Pawar said that the petrol pump started by Baramati Dudh Sangh, CNG project of Torrent Gas, Nandan Dairy Milk Parlor are good initiatives which will provide employment to the local unemployed youth. Here the customer needs to get good facilities and service in minimum time. He suggested that electric charging should be provided here keeping in view future needs.

CNG is a cheaper and cleaner alternative to petrol and diesel. Its benefits should be taken by a maximum number of customers. The Deputy Chief Minister also said that the widespread availability of CNG and significant savings are encouraging consumers to use it.
