Baramatikar will get better facilities due to the ‘Umbrella App’

The first phase includes SOS for personal emergency rescue, GIS tagging for grievance redressal system, work and monitoring system, Phoenix for asset management, QR code-based asset management, telemedicine app and lock off.
The SOS system will make it easier to provide immediate assistance to an individual or a family in the event of an emergency. Geo-tagging is the app in times of crisis that will enable police, fire brigade, NDRF, SDRF, ambulances to reach out to disaster victims. The incident will be tracked until the citizens get help. As per the instructions given by the citizens, instructions will be given to deliver help to the appropriate team from the control room. This app will be useful to create a sense of security in the minds of the citizens.
A grievance redressal system has been set up for the citizens. These complaints will be monitored and controlled by the Control Room from the time the citizens lodge their grievances to the satisfactory redressal of those grievances. Based on the dashboard in the control room, officers can review complaints and the efforts made to resolve them. This system will help the citizens to get better service as immediate action is being taken on the issues raised by the citizens. Citizens will also be able to give direct feedback on grievance redressal.
The GIS-based tagging and tracking app is useful for proper utilization and monitoring of manpower. Since this app uses a GPS system, it will be possible to go to the actual field and have proper control over the employees. This app will be used for the maintenance of toilets of the Baramati Municipal Council.
The FinExa app will be useful for guiding citizens on financial planning. Features include a comprehensive self-planned financial plan for the entire home, current financial review, income, expenses, debt, investment information, contingency plan planning, financial planning for critical stages of life, retirement plan, insurance plan, investment risk statement and management. Have arrived.
The Asset Management System is an app for government establishments to conduct periodic audits of their assets. Different QR codes will be applied to all types of assets before using this app. This system has a barcode and QR code scanning facility. With this facility, the property surveyor can easily get detailed information by scanning the QR code from their mobile phone. This app will stop the leakage of government assets by increasing the efficiency of employees.
Through telemedicine app, Baramatikars will get facilities like symptoms, diagnosis, medical advice, use of medicines etc. The patient’s health information can be analyzed based on the information obtained through this system. A panel of expert doctors has been formed and the facility of free first aid check-ups without going to the hospital will also help in reducing the stress on the health service. As per the concept of Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar, in the near future, the health kiosk system will be given to various hospitals in Baramati and this system will be connected to the telemedicine system.
The lock-off feature in the Baramati Digital Umbrella app allows local traders to advertise and sell their wares as well as citizens to buy at home. This app not only benefits the shopkeepers but also the producers. It will also make available a variety of product options to consumers. Lockdown helps to be a boon to citizens and shoppers.
