The Eleventh Convention of Sahakar Bharati Maharashtra Pradesh begins at Shri Kshetra Alandi.
The contribution of the cooperative society is important for the welfare of the society and faith is its important foundation. Anil Kawade, Commissioner and Registrar of Co-operative Societies, has expressed the view that the co-operative movement will be further enhanced if the sufferings of all the common people are alleviated in the co-operative societies. He was speaking on the occasion of the inauguration of the convention on the co-operative movement and the expectations of the government.
A large number of Sahakar Bharati office bearers and prominent activists from every district of the state have participated in the convention. Mr Kawade said that the co-operative movement has been rooted for more than a hundred years. There were many ups and downs. But for some reason, the movement is in trouble. Only with the development of wealth and resources is it expected to expand. The government has the same expectations as the general public. However, along with the increase in the number of co-operatives, goodwill and value should also be considered. He also hoped that the rites would be given equal importance.
Mr Marathe gave a detailed commentary on ‘Prosperity through Cooperation’ in the keynote address. He said that there are many organizations working in the field of co-operation in the country. Even so, owning one is still beyond the reach of the average person. The development of Lok Lana will be through cooperation. For that, you need to select a new area. It has many areas like agricultural processing, societies that can serve the citizens, animal husbandry. This will connect rural and urban areas anew. In addition, new experiments are expected. So that the cooperation will be more comprehensive, he said.
