First come first served in the 11th Central Online Admission Process; Extension for admission in the admission round.
MUMBAI: The first-come, first-served (FCFS) entry in the 11th Central Online Admission Process, which is being implemented in five metropolitan areas of the state, including Mumbai, Pune, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Nashik, Amravati and Nagpur Municipal Corporation, is being extended till October 21, 2021. The information has been given by the Director of Education, Secondary and Higher Secondary. The decision was taken so that no student would be deprived of admission, said Prof. Varsha Gaikwad, Minister for School Education.
The first-come, first-served entry round in the above areas is currently underway. According to the previously announced schedule. The round ends on October 18, 2021. However, it has been pointed out that some students want to cancel their admission, as well as some students have not yet filled the online application. In the meantime, there have been some vacations. Therefore, the following instructions are being given for the further admission process so that no one is deprived of admission.
Under this round, an online application can be made on 21/10/2029 till 12:00 noon. After allotment, admission can be confirmed till 6 pm on 21/10/2021. All the students who have passed the 10th standard, as well as etiquette students, will be eligible for the extended period. All the remaining students should confirm their admission in the given extended time, according to which the necessary instructions will be posted in the visible area by the concerned schools. The decision regarding the 11th admission of the student who passes the 10th supplementary examination will be taken after the result of the supplementary examination.
On the marks of some education boards, as per the government order, the only pass is mentioned in front of the subjects. Now that the FCFC round is on, all the success, as well as ATKT students, are being given the opportunity to apply. Therefore, if there is no mention of marks or grades on the mark sheet and only the pass is mentioned, then such students who have to fill online application for passing with minimum marks (assuming total marks as 35%) can participate in this round.
In order to get admission in 11th class, students need to pass an English subject is required in 10th class. Also, for admission in the science branch, it is necessary to have passed science subject in 10th standard. Thus the qualifications required for 11th admission will be checked. Students who have got an ATKT concession in the 10th standard can apply for 11th admission (even if they have ATKT in English subject).
