Mumbai: – The Income Tax Department has not seized any property belonging to Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar or received any notice in this regard. Adv. Prashant Patil, counsel for Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar, has clarified that the news coming in the media in this regard is baseless, inconsistent with the facts and misleading.

While refuting the news circulating in the media regarding Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar, his lawyer Adv. Prashant Patil said that no property related to Ajit Pawar has been seized or a notice has been issued in this regard. Clarification has been sought from the Income Tax Department on some issues. That letter will be answered appropriately. Proper action will be taken through administrative and legal means, it has been clarified by Ajit Pawar’s lawyers. Ajit Pawar’s lawyers have also appealed to the media to check the facts and report the news and not fall prey to any propaganda.
