Jitesh Antapurkar wins the Deglaur Assembly by-election.
Nanded: – The counting of votes for the Deglaur Assembly by-election was held in peace and order today. After 30 rounds of counting, the final results were declared by Returning Officer Sachin Giri. Jitesh Raosaheb Antapurkar of the Indian National Congress won by a margin of 41,933 votes.
The votes received in the candidate wise counting are as follows. Jitesh Raosaheb Antapurkar (Indian National Congress 1 lakh 8 thousand 840), Subhash Pirajirao Sabne (Bharatiya Janata Party 66 thousand 907), Uttam Ramrao Ingole (Deprived Bahujan Alliance 11 thousand 348), Vivek Pundalikrao Kerurkar (Janata Dal (Secular) 467), Pvt. Parmeshwar Shivdas Waghmare (Bahujan Bharat Party 155), d. D. Waghmare (Republican Party of India (Khobragade) 215), Arun Kondibarao Dapkekar (Independent 143), Gajbhare Sahebrao Bhiva (Independent 183), Bhagwan Govindrao Kandhare (Independent 274), Maroti Laxman Sonkamble (Independent 243), Mrs Vimal Baburao Waghare 496), co. Pvt. Sadashiv Rajaram Bhuyare (Independent 486), NOTA (none of the above) (1 thousand 103), the cancelled vote is 30, a total of 1 lakh 90 thousand 890 votes have been cast. A total of 150 officers and staff were recruited for the Deglaur by-election.
