All buildings should have natural lighting with plenty of air circulation. Planning should be done in such a way that the electricity requirement of the entire building should be met by solar energy. Although there is a system of elevators, the administrative building should have the offices of the province, tehsil, secondary registrar, land records etc. on the first and second floors so that the senior citizens and the general public do not have to go upstairs.
