Provide computer and personality development training in each district -Ajit Nimbalkar.
Pune – In order to be successful in the private sector as well, the work of Sarathi Sanstha will be further expanded by providing computer and personality development training to the youth in every district, said Ajit Nimbalkar, President, Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Research, Training and Human Development Institute (Sarathi) Pune.
Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Smritigranth Prakashan Sohala, and Sangh Lokseva Aayog Pariksha 2020 organized by Sarathi Sanstha. Former Additional Chief Secretary Nanasaheb Patil, District Collector Dr Rajesh Deshmukh, Managing Director Ashok Kakade, Director Umakant Dangat and Shrimant Kokate were present on the occasion.
Mr Nimbalkar said that the institute has provided the facility of written examination of Sangh Public Service Commission and State Public Service Commission. However, the youth have the potential to achieve success in the private sector as well as in the government service. It is planned to further expand the work of the SARATHI to give them the necessary training. Training facilities will be provided to the youth to build their confidence.
Students who have achieved success in the Union Public Service Commission Examination-2020 should work with loyalty to the Constitution and the country, realizing that we are public servants. In addition to studying the law, the people’s representatives should also be respected. Use the experience of them and colleagues for your progress. In the second phase of training, training from junior staff along with seniors will be more useful, he said.
Mr Patil said that the youth should achieve success on the basis of knowledge, ability and ambition. For this, they should take advantage of the facility provided by Sarathi Sanstha. Considering the difficulties in the field of agriculture, efforts should be made through education to achieve success in other fields with the help of education. He appealed to adopt the views of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and Rajarshi Shahu Maharaj during education and training.
Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Smritigranth was published at the hands of dignitaries. Students who have passed UPSC exams and their parents were also felicitated. Scholarship holders of Sarathi who got Vidyavachaspati degree in a short period of time were also felicitated on this occasion.
While expressing their thoughts, the successful students said that Sarathi Sanstha has made an important contribution to the success of the competitive examinations. In the introduction, Mr Kakade said that 22 students of Sarathi have succeeded in the examination of the Sangh Public Service Commission. Fellowships for PhD have been given to 705 students from Maratha and Kunbi communities and 21 crores have been distributed in one year.
