A committee has been constituted under the chairmanship of the Additional Chief Secretary to probe into the irregularities in the TET examination.
Mumbai: An inquiry committee has been constituted under the chairmanship of the Additional Chief Secretary (Department of School Education and Sports) to inquire into the serious irregularities in the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) conducted by the Maharashtra State Examination Council in the year 2019-2020. Presented by Prof. Varsha Gaikwad.
The committee includes Commissioner (Education) Pune; Director of Education (Primary) Pune; Director of Education (Secondary) Pune; The Director, Directorate of Information Technology, Mumbai will be the member. The Chairman, Maharashtra State Examination Council, Pune will be the Member Secretary of this Committee.
The above committee will inquire into the irregularities in the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) held in the year 2019-2020 as well as the work done by GA Software Company and will submit a preliminary inquiry report to the Minister of School Education within seven days and a detailed inquiry report within 15 days. A ruling in this regard has been issued today
