Hotels will be open till 10 pm and shops till 7 pm. The decision will only apply if the positivity rate stays within five per cent.
The state government has set five levels for relaxing corona restrictions. According to Deputy Chief Minister and Guardian Minister Ajit Pawar, a decision has been taken to relax the restrictions in the city of Pune considering the declining number of corona patients in the city. However, Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar clarified that the decision would be implemented only if the positivity rate of corona infection remained within five per cent. He also said that the previous restrictions would be maintained in rural areas including Pimpri-Chinchwad city.
Due to the sharp decline in the number of corona patients, Pune’s positivity rate has dropped to less than five. This will now lead to a large-scale relaxation of the corona restrictions. All types of shops will be allowed to remain open till 7 pm while hotels will be allowed to remain open till 10 pm. Also, study and libraries will be allowed to continue with 50% attendance. However, a decision on the malls will be taken on Monday.
The decision was taken in a meeting held in the presence of Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar at the Divisional Commissioner’s Office, Vidhan Bhavan, Pune today to review the situation of the Covid-19 virus outbreak. The decision will be implemented from Monday. The criteria set by the state government will also be considered before giving permission from Monday. He was speaking at a review meeting on the Corona situation and measures chaired by Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar at Council Hall in Pune.

हॉटेल्स रात्री दहा तर दुकाने सात वाजेपर्यंत राहणार उघडी. पॉझिटिव्हीटी दर पाच टक्क्यांच्या आत राहिला, तरच निर्णय लागू होणार .
राज्य सरकारने कोरोना निर्बंध शिथिल करण्यासंदर्भात पाच स्तर निश्चित केले आहेत. या पाचही स्तरांसाठी काही निकष निश्चित करण्यात आले आहेत, त्यानुसार पुणे शहरातील कोरोनाबाधित रुग्णांची घटती संख्या विचारात घेता पुणे शहरातील निर्बध शिथिल करण्यासंदर्भात निर्णय घेण्यात आला असून सोमवारपासून हे निर्णय लागू करण्यात येणार असल्याचे उपमुख्यमंत्री तथा पालकमंत्री अजित पवार यांनी आज सांगितले. मात्र, कोरोना संसर्गाचा पॉझिटिव्हीटी दर पाच टक्क्यांच्या आत राहिला, तरच हा निर्णय लागू होईल असेही उपमुख्यमंत्री अजित पवार यांनी स्पष्ट केले. तसेच पिंपरी-चिंचवड शहरासह ग्रामीण क्षेत्रात मात्र यापुर्वीचेच निर्बंध कायम राहतील असेही त्यांनी सांगितले.
कोरोना रुग्णांच्या संख्येत मोठी घट झाल्यामुळे, पुण्याचा पॉसिटीव्हिटी रेट पाच पेक्षा कमी झाला आहे . यामुळे आता कोरोनाच्या निर्बंधांमध्ये मोठ्या प्रमाणावर शिथिलता येणार आहे. सर्व प्रकारची दुकाने संध्याकाळी सात वाजे पर्यंत तर हॉटेल्स रात्री दहावाजेपर्यंत उघडी ठेवण्यास परवानगी मिळणार आहे. तसेच अभ्यासिका व ग्रंथालये ५०% उपस्थितीत सुरु ठेवण्यास मुभा मिळणार आहे. मात्र मॉल्स बाबतचा निर्णय सोमवारी घेण्यात येणार आहे.
कोविड-१९ विषाणू प्रादुर्भावाच्या परिस्थितीचा आढावा घेण्यासाठी आज विभागीय आयुक्त कार्यालय, विधानभवन, पुणे येथे उपमुख्यमंत्री अजित पवार यांच्या उपस्थितीत झालेल्या बैठकीत हा निर्णय घेण्यात आला . या निर्णयाची आमलबजावणी सोमवार पासून होणार आहे. सोमवारपासून परवानगी देण्याआधी राज्य सरकारने ठरवून दिलेल्या निकषाचाही विचार केला जाणार. पुण्यातील कौन्सिल हॉल येथे उपमुख्यमंत्री अजित पवार यांच्या अध्यक्षतेखाली कोरोना परिस्थिती आणि उपाययोजनांबाबत आढावा बैठक घेण्यात आली, त्यावेळी ते बोलत होते.
