Approval to implement similar schemes of health department as district annual plan.
Government decision issued on the instructions of Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar.
Mumbai: The Mahavikas Aghadi government is implementing various measures to strengthen health facilities in the state. As part of these measures, similar schemes of the health department in all the districts of the state have been approved for implementation as district annual plans (general). This will make it possible to provide better health care to the citizens. Government decisions in this regard have been issued as per the instructions of Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar.
Procurement of Medicines and Equipment for Primary Health Centers, Sub-Centers as per this Government Decision. Construction, expansion, maintenance, repair and inspection of primary health centres and sub-centres. Purchase and maintenance of fire protection systems, audit of hospital buildings, electrical connections. Construction of peat barrels, procurement of ambulances to primary health centres as per standard (approved number) as well as maintenance repairs. Strengthening of Primary Health Centers, Sub-Centers, Ayurvedic, Unani Hospitals, Increase in facilities. Schemes like the construction of Zilla Parishad Dispensaries, Primary Health Centers etc. will be implemented as District Annual Plan (General) by all District Health Officers in the State.
Procurement of medicines, materials, equipment for the hospital through all District Surgeons in the State. Schemes for construction expansion, repair and maintenance of hospitals, purchase of fire protection systems as well as maintenance repairs, audit of hospital buildings, electrical connections etc. will be implemented as District Annual Plan (General).
Due to this ruling, all the District Health Officers in the state as well as all the District Surgeons will start the proceedings. This decision will make it possible to provide better health care to the citizens.
