Confederation of Indian Industry, Serum Institute of India decide to work on expanding vaccination drive across the country.
Serum Institute of India (SII) said on August 10 that it would offer complimentary doses as part of its CSR Initiative to the Pan India vaccination programme. In July, the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and the vaccine maker agreed to work together to expand vaccination across the country. 
Confederation of Indian Industries CII and Serum Institute of India, SII have mutually decided to work on expanding vaccination initiatives across the country. Serum Institute to provide complimentary Covishield doses in CII vaccination drive.
Serum Institute has agreed to provide additional complimentary vaccines under the CSR initiative to the PAN India vaccination Programme.
Serum Institue will provide 1200 free vaccines doses upon order of a minimum of 24000 doses (as per private market applicable price) for supply in one lot, 9600 doses free contribution upon order of a minimum 96000 doses and 28800 doses free contribution upon order of a minimum of 192000 doses.
Serum Institue has drawn this special initiative offer only for the month of August 2021.
