Class 12th board exam 2021 decision expected tomorrow.
A decision on the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) Class 12 board exams is expected tomorrow. Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal on Sunday, after meeting state education ministers, asked them to send detailed suggestions on the 12th final exams and said a decision for these students will be taken at the earliest.
Maharashtra Education Minister Varsha Gaikwad had said the stake will decide on HSC exams in a week. The CBSE is expected to announce new exam dates for Class 12 on June 1.
The centre has put two options before states – Class 12 board exams for only objective-type questions for a short period of time, or exams only for major subjects.
While states like Karnataka and Assam are in favour of conducting exams, Delhi and Jharkhand are against the idea of exams amid the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia, Samajwadi Party president Akhilesh Yadav had earlier said the centre must vaccinate students for COVID-19, before calling them for physical exams students’ bodies, including the RSS-affiliated ABVP, have asked for remote proctored online exams for the safety of students.
Urging the National Capital Government’s nod for holding Class 12th board exams, Delhi State Public School Management Association said vaccination is an “excuse” and the government is playing with students’ future. In response to Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia’s letter to Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’, the association said 12th board exams are important for students seeking medical, engineering, and university admission.
UP board exam date Class 12 will be released by May 31.
Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Dinesh Sharma on Thursday informed that UP Board has already printed the papers and made sets of decoded copies for the upcoming board exams. The decision on Class 12 exam dates will be declared after having a discussion with Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, the minister said.

केंद्रीय माध्यमिक शिक्षण मंडळाच्या (सीबीएसई) १२ वीच्या बोर्ड परीक्षांचा निर्णय उद्या होण्याची शक्यता आहे. केंद्रीय शिक्षणमंत्री रमेश पोखरियाल यांनी राज्य शिक्षण मंत्र्यांची भेट घेतल्यानंतर त्यांना बारावीच्या अंतिम परीक्षांबद्दल सविस्तर सूचना पाठविण्यास सांगितले आणि म्हणाले की या विद्यार्थ्यांसाठी लवकरात लवकर निर्णय घेण्यात येईल. महाराष्ट्राचे शिक्षणमंत्री वर्षा गायकवाड म्हणाल्या होत्या की आठवड्यात बारावीच्या परीक्षांवर भाग घेण्याचा निर्णय घेण्यात येईल. सीबीएसई 1 जून रोजी 12 वीच्या नवीन परीक्षेच्या तारखांची घोषणा करेल.
केंद्राने राज्यांसमोर दोन पर्याय ठेवले आहेत – अल्प कालावधीसाठी फक्त वस्तुनिष्ठ प्रकारच्या प्रश्नांसाठी 12 वीच्या बोर्ड परीक्षा, किंवा फक्त प्रमुख विषयांच्या परीक्षा.
कर्नाटक आणि आसामसारखी राज्ये परीक्षा घेण्यास अनुकूल आहेत, तर दिल्ली आणि झारखंड सध्या सुरू असलेल्या कोविड -१९ (साथीच्या साथीच्या रोग) साथीच्या परीक्षेच्या पार्श्वभूमीवर,दिल्लीचे उपमुख्यमंत्री मनीष सिसोदिया, समाजवादी पक्षाचे अध्यक्ष अखिलेश यादव यांनी सांगितले की १२वी च्या परिक्षेआधी लसीकरण होणे गरजेचं आहे.
