In order to complete any important project, the faster the land acquisition process is completed, the faster the project is completed. Saying that Samruddhi Highway is a good example, let’s complete the important ring road project for Pune city as well as the state together, said Dr Chandrakant Pulkundwar, Joint Managing Director, Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation. District Collector Dr Rajesh Deshmukh instructed to speed up the process of land acquisition for Ring Road as well as Pune-Nashik Railway by completing the land acquisition process expeditiously.
A workshop was organized at the Collectorate on Pune Ring Road and Pune-Nashik Railway Land Survey and Assessment Procedures. The chief guest of the workshop was Dr Pulkundwar, while the program was chaired by District Collector Dr Deshmukh was present. Additional Collector Vijay Singh Deshmukh, Deputy Conservator of Forests Rahul Patil, Deputy Commissioner Jayant Pimpalgaonkar and Deputy Commissioner Nandini Awade were present on the occasion.
On this occasion Dr Chandrakant Pulkundwar said, the faster the land acquisition process is completed to complete any important project, the faster the project is completed, this is a good experience of our Samruddhi Highway. The participation of every component of the system is important for the completion of the project and we need to inform the citizens about the services we are going to provide through this project. He expressed confidence that we will go ahead with all the permissions required for the important ring road project in Pune district and complete the project for the people of Pune together.

Collector Dr Rajesh Deshmukh said that this workshop will be useful for the evaluation of Ring Road as well as the Pune-Nashik railway project. This project is important for the state along with the Pune metropolis. The initiative of all the sub-divisional officers is important for the ring road as well as the railway project. He also instructed the village level system to continuously review the work of the project. Let’s hold village wise meetings and speed up the land acquisition process and complete the ring road project at full speed, said District Collector Dr Deshmukh.
Deputy Commissioner Jayant Pimpalgaonkar informed about the Pune-Nashik railway project. Superintendent Engineer Abasaheb Nagargoje gave background and technical information on the project. Deputy General Manager of Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation Sunil Mali and Deputy Collector Hanumant Argunde gave comprehensive guidance on the land acquisition and evaluation process. Deputy Collector of Land Acquisition Pravin Salunke made an introduction. Deputy Engineer Sandeep Patil thanked. Concerned officials regarding the Ring Road and Pune-Nashik railway project were present on this occasion.

कोणताही महत्त्वाचा प्रकल्प पुर्ण करण्यासाठी, भूसंपादन प्रक्रिया जेवढया गतीने पुर्ण होईल, तेवढयाच गतीने प्रकल्प पुर्ण होतो. समृद्धी महामार्ग हे उत्तम उदाहरण असल्याचे सांगून, पुणे शहर तसेच राज्यासाठीही महत्त्वपूर्ण रिंगरोड प्रकल्प सर्व मिळून पुर्ण करूया, असा विश्वास महाराष्ट्र राज्य रस्ते विकास महामंडळाचे सहव्यवस्थापकीय संचालक डॉ.चंद्रकांत पुलकुंडवार यांनी व्यक्त केला. रिंगरोड तसेच पुणे- नाशिक रेल्वे मार्गासाठीची भूसंपादन प्रक्रिया गतीने पुर्ण करून दोन्ही प्रकल्प वेळेत पुर्ण करण्यासाठी आपण सर्व मिळून मिशन मोडवर काम करूया, यासाठी भूसंपादनाच्या मोजणी प्रक्रियेला गती देण्याच्या सूचना जिल्हाधिकारी डॉ.राजेश देशमुख यांनी दिल्या.

जिल्हाधिकारी कार्यालयात पुणे रिंग रोड तसेच पुणे -नाशिक रेल्वे जमीन मोजणी व मुल्यांकन कार्यपदधती संदर्भात कार्यशाळेचे आयोजन करण्यात आले होते. यावेळी प्रमुख पाहुणे म्हणून
डॉ.पुलकुंडवार, तर कार्यक्रमाच्या अध्यक्षस्थानी जिल्हाधिकारी डॉ. देशमुख उपस्थित होते. यावेळी अपर जिल्हाधिकारी विजयसिंह देशमुख, उपवनसंरक्षक राहुल पाटील, उपायुक्त जयंत पिंपळगावकर, उपायुक्त नंदीनी आवडे उपस्थित होत्या.
यावेळी डॉ.चंद्रकांत पुलकुंडवार म्हणाले, कोणताही महत्त्वाचा प्रकल्प पुर्ण करण्यासाठी जेवढया गतीने भूसंपादन प्रक्रिया पुर्ण होईल, तेवढयाच गतीने प्रकल्प पुर्ण होतो, हा आपला समृद्धी महामार्गाचा चांगला अनुभव आहे. प्रकल्प पुर्ण करण्यासाठी यंत्रणेतील प्रत्येक घटकांचा सहभाग महत्वाचा असल्याचे सांगून आपण या प्रकल्पाच्या माध्यमातून नागरिकांना काय सेवा देणार आहोत, याबाबत माहिती देणे गरजेचे आहे. पुणे जिल्हयातील महत्त्वपूर्ण रिंगरोड प्रकल्पासाठी ज्या परवानग्या आवश्यक आहेत, त्या सर्व परवानग्या घेवूनच आपण पुढे जाणार असून पुणेकरासांठी सर्व मिळून हा प्रकल्प पुर्ण करूया, असा विश्वास त्यांनी व्यक्त केला.
जिल्हाधिकारी डॉ. राजेश देशमुख म्हणाले, रिंगरोड तसेच पुणे-नाशिक रेल्वे प्रकल्पासाठी मुल्यांकनासाठी ही कार्यशाळा उपयुक्त ठरणार आहे. पुणे महानगरासोबतच राज्यासाठी हा प्रकल्प महत्त्वाचा आहे. रिंगरोड तसेच रेल्वे प्रकल्पासाठी सर्व उपविभागीय अधिका-यांचा पुढाकार महत्वाचा आहे. गावस्तरावरील यंत्रणेकडून सातत्याने प्रकल्पाच्या कार्याचा आढावा घेण्याच्या सूचनाही त्यांनी दिल्या. गावनिहाय बैठका घेत भूसंपादन प्रक्रियेला गती देत रिंगरोड प्रकल्प पुर्ण गतीने पुर्ण करूया, असा विश्वासही जिल्हाधिकारी डॉ.देशमुख यांनी व्यक्त केला.
उपायुक्त जयंत पिंपळगावकर यांनी पुणे-नाशिक रेल्वे प्रकल्पाबाबत माहिती दिली. अधिक्षक अभियंता आबासाहेब नागरगोजे यांनी प्रकल्पाची पार्श्वभूमी व तांत्रिकी माहिती दिली. महाराष्ट्र राज्य रस्ते विकास महामंडळाचे उपमहाव्यवस्थापक सुनील माळी उपजिल्हाधिकारी हनुमंत अरगुंडे यांनी भूसंपादन व मुल्यांकन प्रक्रियेबाबत सर्वस्तर मार्गदर्शन केले. भूसंपादन उपजिल्हाधिकारी प्रविण साळुंके यांनी प्रास्ताविक केले. उपअभियंता संदिप पाटील यांनी आभार मानले. यावेळी रिंगरोड तसेच पुणे-नाशिक रेल्वे प्रकल्पाबाबत सबंधित अधिकारी उपस्थित होते.
