Mumbai: Dr Neelam Gorhe, Deputy Speaker of the Legislative Council, instructed to take comprehensive action for the development of five temples in Ashtavinayak, namely Morgaon, Theur, Siddhatek, Mahad and Pali.
From 11th to 13th December, Deputy Speaker Dr Neelam Gorhe inspected these five temples regarding the implementation of the Ashtavinayak Devasthan plan and reviewed the facilities required for the devotees. Relevant temple and village office bearers as well as government officials were present at that time.

Regarding the Theur Devasthan temple premises, instructions have been given to the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Pune to repair the road from Theur Fata to Theur and repair the roads near the temple.
The Chief Executive Officer of Ahmednagar Zilla Parishad has been directed to repair the road from Daund to Siddhatek temple at Siddhatek in Ahmednagar district, beautifying the Bhima river ghat, install high mast lights in the temple premises and submit a draft plan of Rs 40 crore.
