Considering the possibility of the third wave, oxygen, ICU beds, field hospital facilities should be planned and given to the districts – Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray.  

The second wave is not over yet and we have to deal with the third possible wave to recover from it. Delta Plus is also at risk of mutating the virus. Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray directed that the health department should give planning to all the districts in this regard.  He was talking to the district collectors of Raigad, Ratnagiri, Sindhudurg, Satara, Sangli, Kolhapur and Hingoli districts in a televised meeting today. Health Minister Rajesh Tope was also present.

The 7 districts with the highest rate of infection should be more careful.   

 

Tests, vaccinations should be increased.

The Chief Minister said that the tail of the second wave is yet to come. You are not completely out of it. Although different levels of restrictions have been set for the districts, the local administration has to decide on the restrictions based on the actual situation and without any risk. Depending on the level, if the citizens are free to do all the transactions without following the rules of health and if they are crowded, the infection may increase and the situation may worsen. In this regard, the Chief Minister said, “Study the contagion in your city or district and do not open hastily.” See that medicines and other essential medical supplies will be available in remote and rural areas. Plan buildings and spaces so that you can set up facilities like file hospitals in many places.

7 districts need more care

Speaking on the occasion, Chief Secretary Sitaram Kunte said that the situation in these seven districts of the state could be a matter of concern. Of these, 3 districts are in Konkan, 3 in Western Maharashtra and one in Marathwada. He said that emphasis would be laid on large scale testing, tracing and vaccination and necessary facilities would be provided to the districts in this regard. The Chief Secretary said that everyone should pay attention to increased R testing and more strict implementation of containment measures in the slums. 

Speaking on the occasion, Dr Sanjay Oak and Dr Shashank Joshi of the Task Force said that the number of tests needs to be increased in all seven districts. The symptoms of this virus are also changing. It is very important to remove the misconceptions and misconceptions in the minds of the citizens about vaccination and motivate them to vaccination. Occasions will have to be tightened.

On this occasion, the District Collector informed about the measures being taken in his district and also requested for the provision of mobile laboratories as well as the efforts being made for the coronation of villages.

Initially, Additional Chief Secretary of the Health Department Dr Pradeep Vyas reviewed the Corona situation in all seven districts. The positivity rate of the state has come down to 0.15 but the rate in all the seven districts is double or triple that. In Ratnagiri, 3,074 patients were found in the first wave, 5,600 in the second wave, 1,346 in the first wave in Sindhudurg, 5,500 at present, 660 in the first wave in Hingoli and 675 in the second wave, he said.

दुसरी लाट अजून गेलेली नाही आणि त्यातून सावरून आपल्याला तिसऱ्या संभाव्य लाटेचा मुकाबला करायचा आहे, डेल्टा प्लस या उत्परिवर्तित विषाणूचा देखील धोका आहे, हे सगळे लक्षात ठेवून संसर्गाचे वाढते प्रमाण लक्षात घेऊन पुढील काळात किती जास्तीचे ऑक्सिजन व आयसीयू बेड्स लागतील तसेच फिल्ड रुग्णालयासारख्या किती सुविधा उभाराव्या लागतील याविषयी आरोग्य विभागाने सर्व जिल्ह्यांना नियोजन करून द्यावे, असे निर्देश मुख्यमंत्री उद्धव ठाकरे यांनी दिले.

कोरोना संसर्ग वेगाने वाढत असलेल्या रायगड, रत्नागिरी, सिंधुदुर्ग, सातारा, सांगली, कोल्हापूर आणि हिंगोली या ७ जिल्ह्यांच्या जिल्हाधिकाऱ्यांशी आज ते दूरचित्र प्रणालीद्वारे बैठकीत बोलत होते. आरोग्यमंत्री राजेश टोपे यांची देखील उपस्थिती होती.

संसर्गाचे अधिक प्रमाण असलेल्या ७ जिल्ह्यांनी अधिक काळजी घ्यावी.   

 

चाचण्या, लसीकरण वाढवावे.

घाईघाईने व्यवहार खुले करू नका

मुख्यमंत्री यावेळी म्हणाले की, दुसऱ्या लाटेचे शेपूट अजून बाकी आहे. आपण पूर्णपणे त्यातून बाहेर आलेलो नाही. जिल्ह्यांसाठी विविध निर्बंधांच्या पातळ्या (लेव्हल्स) ठरविल्या असल्या तरी स्थानिक प्रशासनाने  प्रत्यक्ष परिस्थिती पाहून आणि कुठलाही धोका न पत्करता निर्बंधांबाबत निर्णय घ्यायचा आहे. लेव्हल्सचा आधार घेऊन नागरिक मुक्तपणे आरोग्याचे नियम न पाळता सर्व व्यवहार करणार असतील आणि गर्दी करणार असतील तर संसर्ग मोठ्या प्रमाणावर वाढून परिस्थिती बिघडू शकते. यादृष्टीने आपल्या शहर अथवा जिल्ह्यातील संसर्गाचा नीट अभ्यास करा आणि घाईघाईने व्यवहार खुले करू नका असे सांगून मुख्यमंत्री म्हणाले की, विशेषतः दुसऱ्या लाटेत आपण ऑक्सिजनच्या कमतरतेचा अनुभव घेतला आहे, आणि म्हणूनच सर्व जिल्ह्यांनी ऑक्सिजनचा पुरेसा साठा आत्तापासून करून ठेवा. दुर्गम आणि ग्रामीण भागात औषधी व इतर आवश्यक वैद्यकीय सामुग्री उपलब्ध राहील हे पहा. आपल्याला बऱ्याच ठिकाणी फाईल्स रुग्णालयांसारख्या सुविधा उभारता येतील त्यासाठी इमारती व जागांचे नियोजन करून ठेवा. 

७ जिल्ह्यांनी अधिक काळजी घेण्याची गरज

प्रारंभी मुख्य सचिव सीताराम कुंटे यांनी बोलताना सांगितले की, राज्यातील या ७ जिल्ह्यांमधील परिस्थिती चिंतेचा विषय बनू शकते. यातील ३ जिल्हे कोकण, ३ पश्चिम महाराष्ट्र आणि एक मराठवाड्यातील जिल्हा आहे. याठिकाणी मोठ्या प्रमाणावर चाचणी, तसेच ट्रेसिंग व लसीकरण करण्यावर भर दिला जाईल तसेच या जिल्ह्यांना यासंदर्भात आवश्यक त्या सुविधाही पुरविण्यात येतील असे सांगितले. आर चाचणी वाढविणे, वाड्यावस्त्यांमध्ये कंटेनमेंट उपाययोजना अधिक काटेकोरपणे राबविणे याकडे सर्वांनीच लक्ष द्यावे, असे मुख्य सचिव म्हणाले. 

यावेळी बोलताना टास्क फोर्सचे डॉ.संजय ओक आणि डॉ.शशांक जोशी यांनी सांगितले की, या सातही जिल्ह्यात चाचण्यांची संख्या वाढवावी लागेल. या विषाणूची लक्षणेही बदलत आहेत. लसीकरणाविषयी नागरिकांच्या मनातील भ्रामक कल्पना व समजुती काढून घेऊन त्यांना लसीकरणासाठी प्रवृत्त करणे खूप आवश्यक आहे. प्रसंगी अधिक कडक निर्बंधही लावावे लागणार आहेत. 

याप्रसंगी जिल्हाधिकाऱ्यांनी त्यांच्या त्यांच्या जिल्ह्यात करीत असलेल्या उपाययोजनांची माहिती दिली तसेच फिरत्या प्रयोगशाळा पुरविण्याची विनंती केली तसेच गावोगावी कोरोनामुक्तीसाठी करीत असलेल्या प्रयत्नांची माहिती दिली.   

प्रारंभी आरोग्य विभागाचे अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव डॉ.प्रदीप व्यास यांनी या सातही जिल्ह्यातील कोरोना परिस्थितीचा आढावा घेतला. राज्याचा पॉझिटिव्हिटी दर ०.१५ इतका कमी झाला आहे मात्र या सातही जिल्ह्यांचा दर  त्यापेक्षा  दुप्पट-तिप्पट आहे असे सांगितले. रत्नागिरीत पहिल्या लाटेत ३०७४ रुग्ण तर दुसऱ्या लाटेत ५६०० रुग्ण, सिंधुदुर्गात पहिल्या लाटेत १३४६ तर सध्या ५५००, हिंगोलीत पहिल्या लाटेत ६६० तर दुसऱ्या लाटेत ६७५ रुग्ण आढळले असून ही वाढ सावध करणारी आहे असे ते म्हणाले.
