Minister of State for School Education Omprakash alias Bachchu Kadu directed to prepare an action plan for the examination system to be conducted in the year 2022 during the period of ‘Corona’ infection.
Under the chairmanship of Minister of State for School Education Omprakash alias Bachchu Kadu, a meeting was held at the Maharashtra State Board of Higher Secondary and Higher Secondary Education here to decide the procedure of Class 10 and 12 examinations to be held in the year 2022. Dattatraya Jagtap, Director of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, Vandana Wahul, Deputy Director of Secondary Education, Dinkar Temkar, Joint Director of Primary Education, Ramakant Kathmode, Deputy Director of Education, State Education and Research Council, Harun Attar, Ashok Bhosale, Secretary, Maharashtra State Board of Higher Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Department officials were present.
The Minister of State for School Education, Mr Kadu, said that he would follow up with the Chief Minister and the Deputy Chief Minister by submitting a proposal to the Chief Minister and the Deputy Chief Minister regarding the creation of a new ‘Education Channel’ for the State of Maharashtra on the lines of the State of Kerala.
The Minister of State for School Education, Mr Kadu, said, “How will the examination be conducted during the period of Corona infection?” He was also instructed to prepare an action plan on how the examination will be conducted if there is no corona infection. He also said that if the students and parents are informed about the 10th and 12th class examinations as soon as possible, it will be easier for them to prepare for the exams.
At the meeting, all the concerned officers presented their views on the examination.
