The inauguration ceremony of Vidya Prasarak Mandal’s Law College at Kinhavali, the inauguration of the Post Graduate Branch and the groundbreaking ceremony of the expanded building of the College was held by the Governor Mr Koshyari. Governor Mr Koshyari said that good work of education is being done in remote areas through VPM institute and the law college of the institute will facilitate the students in this area. Students should be inculcated with morals and etiquette from an early age in society. He said that in order to develop good character, it is necessary to impart good education to the students from an early age. While creating a sense of respect for women in the society, the Governor said that mothers and sisters are his support, adding that efforts should be made to bring women into the mainstream of society by involving them in social work in large numbers. Regardless of the field, the governor lauded the fact that girls are ahead of boys at present.
The work of bringing the river of education in remote areas – Union Minister of State Kapil Patil
Union Minister of State Kapil Patil said that the work of bringing education in remote and tribal areas has been done through this organization. Mr Patil said that 2 lakh 55 thousand Gram Panchayats in the country are being connected through the app through the Central Panchayat Raj Department and this app will be available in every state language. Through this, an attempt is being made to give the benefit of 23 schemes of the Center and through the coordination of the State and Central Government, an attempt is being made to give the benefit to the people in the rural areas. Patil said. He said that 10 villages in the Thane district have been selected on an experimental basis under this initiative.
Inclusion ofRashtriya Chhatra Sena subject in college curriculum – Minister Uday Samant
It has been decided to include the subject of Rashtriya Chhatra Sena in the syllabus of all colleges in the state, said Higher and Technical Education Minister Uday Samant.
