As per the instructions of the Chief Electoral Officer, State of Maharashtra, a program has been announced to update the photographs of the voters who are not on the photo list. According to the program, 51154 voters in 213 Hadapsar Assembly constituencies out of a total of 455 listed areas will be updated by the voters without photographs. 
The list of names of voters without photographs and the list of Central Electoral Officers along with their telephone numbers are available on the websites of District Collector Pune www.puncnic.in and Pune Municipal Corporation www.punecorporation.org
Voters whose photographs are not in the Electoral Roll can submit their recent colour photographs and proof of residency under District Rehabilitation Office, 213 Hadapsar Assembly Constituency Office, A Wing Ground Floor, District Collector Office Pune 01 and Hadapsar-Mundhwa, Ramtekdi-Wanwadi, Kondhwa-Yewalewadi Municipal Area Office. 213 हडपसर विधानसभा मतदार संघात, छायाचित्र मतदार यादीचे अदयावतीकरण होणार.
मुख्य निवडणूक अधिकारी महाराष्ट्र राज्य यांचे निर्देशांनुसार मतदार यादीत छायाचित्र यादीत छायाचित्र नसलेल्या मतदारांचे छायाचित्र अदयावतीकरण करण्याचा कार्यक्रम घोषित केला आहे. या कार्यक्रमानुसार 213 हडपसर विधानसभा मतदार संघाच्या एकूण 455 यादी भागामधील 51154 मतदारांची छायाचित्र नसलेल्या मतदाराची यांनी अद्यावत करण्यात येणार आहे.
सदर छायाचित्र नसलेल्या मतदारांच्या नावांची यादी व मतदार केंद्रस्तरीय अधिकारी यांची दूरध्वनी क्रमांकासहीत यादी जिल्हाधिकारी पुणे www.puncnic.in व पुणे महानगरपालिका www.punecorporation.org या website वर पाहणेकरीता उपलब्ध केलेले आहेत.
ज्या मतदारांची छायाचित्रे मतदार यादीत नाहीत त्यांनी त्यांचे अलीकडच्या काळातील रंगीत छायाचित्र व रहिवास पुराव्यासह जिल्हा पुनर्वसन कार्यालय अंतर्गत, 213 हडपसर विधानसभा मतदार संघाचे कार्यालय, ए विंग तळमजला, जिल्हाधिकारी कार्यालय पुणे 01 आणि हडपसर-मुंढवा, रामटेकडी- वानवडी, कोंढवा- येवलेवाडी मनपा क्षेत्रिय कार्यालय, पुणे येथे समक्ष अथवा संबंधित मतदान केंद्रस्तरीय अधिकारी यांचेकडे 8 दिवसांत जमा करण्याचे आवाहन श्री. उत्तम पाटील मतदार नोंदणी अधिकारी, 213 हडपसर विधानसभा मतदार संघ यांचेकडून करण्यात आले आहे.
ज्या मतदारांचे या कालावधीत रहिवास पुरावा व छायाचित्र जमा होणार नाहीत त्यांची नावे मतदार यादीतून वगळण्यात येणार आहे. असे मतदार नोंदणी अधिकारी 213 हडपसर विधानसभा मतदारसंघ यांनी कळविले आहे.
