MUMBAI: The state government has relaxed restrictions on economic, social, recreational and cultural sectors for fully vaccinated persons due to the reduction in the number of Covid 19 patients in the state. The service providers, owners, licensees as well as the organizers and all the service recipients, customers and visitors are required to follow the guidelines issued by the State Government and the Central Government from time to time. The guidelines, issued today, provide detailed information on the need for full vaccination, the definition of program restrictions, covid compliance, local government powers, covid code of conduct and penalties.
Complete vaccination requirements:
All persons with or without tickets, all persons involved in the organization of any event or experiment, as well as all service providers and participants (e.g., players, actors, etc.), must be fully vaccinated by visitors, guests, customers, any shop, establishment, mall At venues, ceremonies, meetings, etc., it should be managed by fully vaccinated persons and all visitors and customers should be fully vaccinated. If any taxi or private transport four-wheeler or any bus is found to violate Covid compliant behaviour, persons violating Covid compliant behaviour will be fined Rs.500 / -.
Fan drivers, helpers, or carriers will also be fined Rs.500 / -. In the case of buses, owner transport agencies will be fined Rs. 10,000 / – in each case of default.
In case of repeated misconduct, the license of the owner agency will be revoked or its operation will be suspended till the notification of Covid-19 is implemented.
Guidelines for covid behaviour in public places where the above-mentioned rules regarding covid compliant behaviour must be complied with and if violated they will be penalized and punished as mentioned above and violators will be prosecuted by any Disaster Management Authority under the Disaster Management Act 2005.
