Investors of Pancard Club Limited should expedite the process of getting returns as per rules – Minister of State Shambhuraj Desai.
Mumbai: The process should be expedited so that the investors of Pancard Club Limited can get a return as per the rules. Minister of State for Home Affairs Shambhuraj Desai directed the concerned competent authority to expedite the process of auction of the company’s property. In this regard, a meeting was organized at the Ministry under the chairmanship of Shri. Desai. On this occasion, Minister of State Mr Desai gave instructions to the Economic Crimes Branch.
Minister of State Shri Desai said that cases have been registered against this company in Sindhudurg, Amravati, Satara, Nashik, Navi Mumbai, Nagpur and 51 lakh investors have been defrauded. The property auction process should be conducted immediately after the court decision to provide relief to these investors. Minister of State Shri Desai also directed the concerned competent authorities to send proposals in this regard.
The meeting was attended by MLA Prakash Abitkar, MLA Kishore Patil, Deputy Secretary of Home Department Ramesh Manale and other concerned officials.
