Vaccination of about eight lakh citizens in a day Maharashtra’s highest performance once again in vaccination.

Maharashtra today once again recorded a record high performance in the corona vaccination campaign. 7 lakh 96 thousand 738 citizens were vaccinated till 8 pm and a new record was set. The number of vaccinations will go up to 8 lakh by the time the final figures come out. This is the highest number of vaccinations ever given in a single day. So far 3 crores 38 lakh 57 thousand 372 vaccines have been given in the state, said Additional Chief Secretary of the Health Department Dr Pradip Vyas said.

Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray and Health Minister Rajesh Tope have lauded the record-breaking performance of the state in vaccination.

In the last three months, Maharashtra’s performance in the country has been record in the vaccination campaigns. Every day is recording better work than the previous record. Until the late-night figures come out, a record number of 8 lakh citizens will be vaccinated in a day in the name of Maharashtra, said Dr Vyas. Earlier on June 26, 7 lakh 38 thousand 704 citizens were vaccinated on the same day.

दिवसभरात सुमारे आठ लाख नागरिकांचे लसीकरण .लसीकरणात महाराष्ट्राची पुन्हा एकदा सर्वोच्च कामगिरी.

कोरोना प्रतिबंधात्मक लसीकरण मोहिमेत महाराष्ट्राने पुन्हा एकदा आतापर्यंतची विक्रमी उच्चांकी कामगिरी आज नोंदविली. रात्री आठपर्यंत दिवसभरात ७ लाख ९६ हजार ७३८ नागरिकांचे लसीकरण करून नवा विक्रम केला. अंतीम आकडेवारी येईपर्यंत लसीकरणाची संख्या ८ लाखावर जाईल. एकाच दिवशी एवढ्या मोठ्या प्रमाणावर लस देण्याची आतापर्यंतची ही सर्वोच्च आकडेवारी आहे. राज्यात आतापर्यंत ३ कोटी ३८ लाख ५७ हजार ३७२ लसीच्या मात्रा देण्यात आल्या आहेत, असे आरोग्य विभागाचे अपर मुख्य सचिव डॉ. प्रदीप व्यास यांनी सांगितले.

लसीकरणामध्ये राज्याने केलेल्या विक्रमी कामगिरीची नोंद घेत लक्षणीय कामगिरी करणाऱ्या आरोग्य अधिकारी आणि कर्मचाऱ्यांचे कौतुक मुख्यमंत्री उद्धव ठाकरे, आरोग्यमंत्री राजेश टोपे यांनी केले आहे.

गेल्या तीन महिन्यात लसीकरण मोहिमेमध्ये देशात महाराष्ट्राची कामगिरी विक्रमी राहिली आहे. प्रत्येक दिवशी आधीच्या विक्रमी कामगिरीपेक्षा सरस कामाची नोंद होत आहे. रात्री उशिरापर्यंतची आकडेवारी येईपर्यंत दिवसभरात ८ लाख नागरिकांच्या लसीकरणाची विक्रमी नोंद महाराष्ट्राच्या नावाने नोंदविली जाईल, असे डॉ.व्यास यांनी सांगितले. यापूर्वी २६ जून रोजी ७ लाख ३८ हजार ७०४ नागरिकांचे एकाच दिवशी लसीकरण करण्यात आले होते.
