A meeting will be held tomorrow regarding the demands.
Mumbai: Higher and Technical Education Minister Uday Samant met the agitating students at the entrance of Mumbai University Kalina Campus and discussed with them. Mr Samant has also called a meeting tomorrow at 3 pm regarding the demands of the students.
On behalf of the Ambedkar Students’ Association, an indefinite protest movement begins at the entrance of the Kalina Campus for the pending demands of the students. Higher and Technical Education Minister Shri. Samant got information about this and immediately met the agitating students. Aware of their demands, he announced that a meeting would be held at the ministry tomorrow. He also directed the Director of Higher and Technical Education to inquire into the demands of the students.
The Minister of Higher and Technical Education, Mr Samant said that the state government is ready to ensure that no student in the state is harmed. Mr Samant also said that we will make a positive decision regarding the demands of the students.
