More than Rs. 8 crores was deposited in National Lok Adalat organized in Pune Municipal Corporation.
8 crore 64 lakh 77 thousand 106 rupees (8,64,77,106) was deposited in the National Lok Adalat held in Pune Municipal Corporation today.
Maharashtra Legal Services Authority, Mumbai today organized Kok Adalat Courts across Maharashtra.
87 lakh 66 thousand 665 from pending cases from Water Supply Department, 31 lakh 29 thousand 197 from pending cases from Property Management Department, 3 crores 68 lakh 53 thousand 964 from pending cases from Taxation and Tax Collection Department.
Also, 14 cheques amounting to Rs. 3 crore 61 lakh 72 thousand 680 were collected. Amount of Rs. 15 lakh 08 thousand 800 was collected from the pending cases from the license sky sign department.
10,624 notices were issued from all these departments. Out of which 734 cases were disposed of today and an amount of Rs. 8 crores 64 lakh 77 thousand 106 was collected.
On this occasion, Hon’ble Judge of Pune Municipal Court A. B. Tehsildar, Hon. Retired Judge V. V. Sonawane’s panel, as well as Hon. Deputy Commissioner General Administration Shri Rajendra Muthe, Hon’ble Head of Tax Collection Shri Vilas Kanade, Hon. Chief Legal Officer Mrs Nisha Chavan, Mr Aniruddha Pawaskar, Mr Vijay Landage etc. were present.
