National Lok Adalat will be held on Saturday in all the courts in the district.
Pune: National Lok Adalat has been organized on Saturday 11th December 2021 in all the courts of the district. In this Lok Adalat, 53 thousand pending cases from Pune and 90 thousand 500 pre-filed cases have been kept for compromise. Arrangements have been made in the National Lok Adalat to pay the amount of compromise and penalty through e-challan.
8 thousand 963 regular cases were filed in the National Lok Adalat on November 25, 2021, and a total of 3 lakh 8 thousand 873 pre-filed cases were settled amicably. E-challan notices have been sent to 8 lakh vehicle owners for the National Court and they have 25 lakh unpaid challans on them. After receiving the notice, the notice holders will pay the amount on the link given in the notice without waiting for the court. No waiver will be given in the said amount of pre-disputed e-challan even in the people’s court.
There are complaints that e-challan notices have been received even though the car has been sold recently. It is also necessary to change the mobile number by contacting the Regional Transport Office after selling the vehicle. But ignoring it, the notice is issued on the registration number. In case of such complaints, download the M-Parivahan app or visit the website https://mahatrafficechallan.gov.in and change the mobile number.
