New series soon for two-wheelers, Appeal to apply for an attractive registration number.
Pune: The Deputy Regional Transport Officer, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune has appealed to the people to apply in advance for the attractive registration number of the two-wheeler series for private two-wheelers by paying three times the fee for four-wheelers and the remaining numbers for two-wheelers.
A new series for two-wheelers is being launched soon by the Regional Transport Office. If an attractive registration number is available, the citizen has to apply in the prescribed form so that he can easily get it by paying the prescribed fee. This application and withdrawal (DD) will be issued on 27th October 2021 from 11 am to 2.30 pm. And on 28th October 2021 from 11 am to 2.30 pm in the new registration department of the office it will be necessary to submit DD, proof of address, Aadhaar card, identity card, attested copy of PAN card along with the mobile number linked to Aadhaar card. DD ‘DYRTO The nationalized or scheduled bank under the name ‘Pimpri Chinchwad’ should be from Pune. In addition, it will be mandatory for the applicant to attach an attested copy of the PAN card.
Accompanying the application is proof of address (electricity payment, telephone payment etc.) mentioned in Central Motor Vehicle Rules 1989 and Maharashtra Motor Vehicle Rules 1989 and an attested copy of photo identity card for identification (Aadhar Identity Card, Election Commission Identity Card, Passport, PAN Card etc.) Have to do.
The list of four-wheelers will be posted on the office notice board on October 28, 2021, in the morning. Applicants in this list should submit a single DD of the highest amount for auction on 28th October 2021 at 2.30 pm in a sealed envelope and at 3.30 pm on the same day. Envelopes will be opened in the presence of the Registration Officer in the room of the Deputy Regional Transport Officer in front of the eligible person (concerned applicant). The relevant preference number will be distributed to the applicant who submits the maximum amount of DD for a preference order.
Also, a list of numbers for two-wheelers other than the number reserved for four-wheelers will be posted on the office notice board on October 29, 2021. If the applicant for the two-wheeler wants to deposit a large amount of DD for auction, he should submit it in a sealed envelope to the office by 2.30 pm on October 29, 2021, and at 3.30 pm on the same day. Envelopes will be opened in front of the letter person (concerned applicant) in the presence of the Registration Officer in the room of the Deputy Regional Transport Officer. The relevant preference number will be distributed to the applicant who submits the maximum amount of DD for a preference order. The receipt should be taken from the office on the fifth day after receiving the message of reservation of vehicle number on mobile.
Once registered registration number cannot be changed. If the vehicle is not submitted for registration within 30 days from the date of retention, the reserved registration number will be automatically cancelled and the fee will be credited to the Government treasury and the fee will be credited to the Government. Fees provided for reserving any specific registration number will not be refunded under any circumstances.
