Union Education Minister to launch NIPUN Bharat tomorrow. An important step forward towards School Education and Literacy.
The Department of School Education and Literacy, Ministry of Education will launch the National Initiative for Proficiency in Reading with Understanding and Numeracy (NIPUN Bharat) tomorrow i.e 5th July 2021. It will be launched virtually by Union Minister of Education, Shri Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’. A short video, anthem and Implementation Guidelines on NIPUN Bharat will also be launched during this programme. Senior officers from the School Education Department from all States and UTs, Senior Officials of the Department and Heads of Institutions will also attend the event.
The launch of NIPUN Bharat marks an important step undertaken by the Department of School Education and Literacy, among a series of measures taken for implementation of the National Education Policy 2020, that was released on 29th July 2020.
The vision of the NIPUN Bharat Mission is to create an enabling environment to ensure the universal acquisition of foundational literacy and numeracy, so that every child achieves the desired learning competencies in reading, writing and numeracy by the end of Grade 3, by 2026-27. NIPUN Bharat will be implemented by the Department of School Education and Literacy and a five-tier implementation mechanism will be set up at the National- State- District- Block- School level in all States and UTs, under the aegis of the centrally sponsored scheme of Samagra Shiksha.
निपुण (NIPUN) भारत या योजनेचा उद्या होणार शुभारंभ.
केंद्रीय शिक्षणमंत्री उद्या निपुण (NIPUN) भारत या योजनेचा करणार शुभारंभ. केंद्रसरकारच्या शिक्षण मंत्रालयाचा शालेय शिक्षण आणि साक्षरता विभाग, उद्या म्हणजेच दिनांक 5 जुलै 2021 रोजी समजून घेत वाचनातील प्राविण्य मिळवणे आणि संख्यावाचन या साठी सुरू करण्यात येणाऱ्या राष्ट्रीय योजनेचा (NIPUN BHARAT)प्रारंभ करणार आहेत. केंद्रीय शिक्षणमंत्री श्री. रमेश पोखरियाल निशंक यांच्या हस्ते द्रुकश्राव्य माध्यमाद्वारे या योजनेचा शुभारंभ होईल.
या कार्यक्रमा दरम्यान निपुण भारत( NIPUN BHARAT) योजनेची माहिती देणारी एक लघुचित्रफीत दाखविली जाणार असून , राष्ट्रगीत आणि या योजनेच्या अंमलबजावणीची मार्गदर्शक तत्त्वे देखील समजावून सांगितली जाणार आहेत. सर्व राज्ये आणि केंद्रशासित प्रदेशांतील शालेय शिक्षण विभागातील वरिष्ठ अधिकारी,सर्व विभागातील वरिष्ठ अधिकारी आणि संस्था प्रमुखही या कार्यक्रमासाठी उपस्थित राहतील.
‘निपुण भारत’चा प्रारंभ म्हणजे दिनांक 29 जुलै, 2020 रोजी जाहीर करण्यात आलेल्या राष्ट्रीय शैक्षणिक धोरण 2020 च्या अंमलबजावणी करण्यासाठी योजलेल्या अनेक उपाययोजनांपैकी शालेय शिक्षण आणि साक्षरता विभागाने उचललेले एक महत्त्वपूर्ण पाऊल आहे.
पायाभूत साक्षरता आणि अंक साक्षरतेचे सार्वभौम अधिग्रहण सुनिश्चित करण्यासाठी सक्षम वातावरण निर्माण करणे हे निपुण भारत मिशनचे लक्ष्य आहे, जेणेकरुन प्रत्येक मुलाला 2026-27 पर्यंत त्याच्या तिसऱ्या इयत्तेपर्यंत वाचन, लेखन आणि अंकलेखन या विषयात आवश्यक शैक्षणिक क्षमता प्राप्त होईल. निपुण भारत शालेय शिक्षण आणि साक्षरता विभाग राबविणार असून समग्र शिक्षा या नावाने या केंद्रसरकार पुरस्कृत योजनेअंतर्गत सर्व राज्ये आणि केंद्रशासित प्रदेशात राष्ट्रीय-राज्य-जिल्हा-गट-शाळा स्तरावर या योजनेची पाच स्तरीय अंमलबजावणी करणारी यंत्रणा सुरू करण्यात येईल.
