New vehicles will now be registered online in the Corona background. Many of the vehicles previously sold have not been registered, so the Department of Transportation has made the decision. The vehicle registration process will be completed after the distributor submits the vehicle-related documents, photograph, and guarantee on the email ID of the Regional Transport Office. This facility of online registration will be limited only to the lockdown period imposed by the state government in the case of Corona. The government has locked down since April 14 last month. As a result, all vehicles are closed and new vehicles cannot be registered, so online services have been made available to distributors for a limited period.

कोरोनाच्या पार्श्वभूमीवर नव्या वाहनांची नोंदणी आता ऑनलाइन पद्धतीने करण्यात येणार आहे. पूर्वी विक्री करण्यात आलेल्या अनेक वाहनांची नोंदणी करण्यात आलेली नाही, त्यामुळे परिवहन विभागाने हा निर्णय घेतला आहे. प्रादेशिक परिवहन कार्यालयाच्या ईमेल आयडीवर वितरकांनी वाहनांसंबंधी कागदपत्रे, छायाचित्र, आणि हमीपत्र दिल्यानंतर त्याची तपासणी करून वाहन नोंदणी प्रक्रिया पूर्ण करण्यात येणार आहे. ऑनलाइन नोंदणीची ही सवलत फक्त कोरोना बाबत राज्य सरकारने लागू केलेल्या लॉक डाउन कालावधीपुरती मर्यादित असणार आहे. शासनाने गेल्या महिन्यात 14 एप्रिल पासून लॉक डाउन केले आहे. त्यामुळे सर्व कामकाज बंद आहे परिणामी नव्या वाहनांची नोंदणी करता आली नाही, त्यामुळे मर्यादित कालावधी करिता ऑनलाईन सेवा वितरकासाठी उपलब्ध करण्यात आलेली आहे.
