The value chain submitted by the institutions is proposed to provide grants from smart projects up to 60 per cent of the approved sub-project cost.

The project report is expected to be submitted by December 15, 2021, subject to the terms and conditions of the approved organizations for the preparation of the detailed report. Qualitatively selected reports based on the criteria will be given final approval. The Smart Project has provided a model for preparing detailed project reports. A detailed project report is to be prepared with the help of a local chartered accountant, chartered engineer and field staff officer of the agriculture department.
