Private students will be able to apply for Class X and XII examinations from November 22 to December 6.

Education Minister Prof. Varsha Gaikwad’s appeal to students to take advantage of the opportunity.

Mumbai: From 22nd November to 6th December 2021, the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education has decided to enrol the students in the Secondary School Certificate (X) and Higher Secondary Certificate (XII) examinations privately (by filling Form No. 17). The online facility has been made available. Students should take advantage of this opportunity, appealed the Minister of School Education Prof. Varsha Gaikwad.

Under this facility, students will be able to fill up the registration form and fees online from November 22. From 23rd November to 7th December 2021, students will be able to submit the original application, two photocopies of the acknowledgement of the online registration fee and the original documents mentioned in the application to the contact centre school / junior college. Etc. Http://form17.mh-ssc.ac.in for X. These applications are to be filled online on the website http://form17.mh-hsc.ac.in. In addition, from 11th November to 29th November, the Divisional Board will make corrections in the applications received (between the first term and the second extension) for the enrollment of students who are privately appearing in secondary schools and higher secondary certificate examinations. For this, the concerned students can contact the Divisional Board through their school / junior college.

Students need 1) School Leaving Certificate (original copy), second copy and affidavit if not 2) Aadhar Card 3) Own passport size photo and scan and upload the documents while filling online application. Students’ mobile numbers and e-mail IDs will be mandatory for further contact. A copy of the completed application will be sent to the student on the e-mail mentioned in the application. Students should submit the application, online photo registration fee along with two photocopies of acknowledgement and original documents to the contact school / junior college mentioned in the name registration application within the prescribed time.

For private students, there will be a registration fee of Rs.1000 for class X, Rs.100 for the processing fee, Rs.500 for class XII and Rs.100 for the processing fee. Once the enrollment application is submitted, the enrollment fee will not be refunded to the student for any reason, and if the enrollment application needs to be amended (e.g. through media, branch, contact centre or other reasons), the student will have to re-enrol the enrollment fee.

Students with disabilities who wish to be admitted privately should submit a certified photocopy of their disability to the District Surgeon or Authorized Hospital along with the application.

Students will be given a certificate of enrollment online and care should be taken to take back the original documents submitted by the students for scrutiny along with the application from the contact centre or junior college after the stipulated period. After receiving the registration certificate, the students are required to fill up the application form along with the examination fee within the period prescribed by the Board. Students should read the instructions on the website and fill up the application form.
