Reorganization of V. Shantaram Jeevan Gaurav, Rajkapur Jeevan Gaurav and Special Contribution Award Selection Committee.
Mumbai: V. Shantaram Lifetime Achievement, Rajkapur Lifetime Achievement and Special Contribution Award Selection Committee have been reconstituted. The ruling in this regard has been published on October 1, 2021. The term of this committee will be from the date of ruling till the next three years or until the committee is reconstituted. 
Minister for Cultural Affairs Amit Deshmukh will be the Chairman and Minister of State for Cultural Affairs Rajendra Patil-Yadravkar will be the Vice-Chairman of the V Shantaram Lifetime Achievement and Special Award Selection Committee. The members will be the Secretary of Cultural Affairs, Managing Director of Goregaon Chitranagari and Project Director of PL Deshpande Arts Academy. The Director of the Directorate of Cultural Affairs will be the Member Secretary of this Committee. Producer, director and writer Satish Ranadive, veteran actor, producer and director Sachin Pilgaonkar, veteran actress Rohini Hattangadi, actress Renuka Shahane, producer and director Kiran Shantaram will be the non-official members of the committee.
