Special Vaccination for the citizens going abroad for education, employment and athletes.
Vaccination by Pune Municipal Corporation for the citizens who have got the education, job, employment opportunities abroad and for the athletes participating in the Tokyo Olympics.
The second dose of vaccination (after 28 days and before 84 days) for the students going abroad for education, for those who have got employment opportunities abroad and for the athletes participating in the Tokyo Olympics and for those whose first dose is left. To vaccinate them, Pune Municipal Corporation has organized a special vaccination campaign from 16th June 2021 to 18th June 2021 at Kamla Nehru Hospital.
First and second doses of vaccination (after 28 days and 84 days) As per the instructions of the Government of India, a special campaign is being implemented by Pune Municipal Corporation from Wednesday 16th June 2021 to Friday 18th June 2021.
Students and citizens who want to take the dosage must provide the required valid proof, such as proof of admission to a foreign university/college, passport, visa, as well as I-20 or DS-160 Form (Admission Confirmation letter and I-20 received from the university/college). or DS-160 Form for Foreign Visa from Concerned overseas university etc.) Documents like work permit, identity card of the concerned company etc. should be sent to studentvaccination.pune@gmail.com, after which the token will be given by email after scrutinizing the documents by Pune Municipal Administration. For vaccination as per the prescribed time received by TOKEN, it is necessary to be present at the Vaccination Center on the 5th floor of Kamla Nehru Hospital, Pune Municipal Corporation from 10 am to 5 am with complete documents
पुणे महापालिके तर्फे परदेशात शिक्षण,नोकरी,रोजगारा च्या संधी प्राप्त झालेल्या नागरिकांसाठी व टोकियो ऑलिंपिकमध्ये सहभागी खेळाडूसाठी लसीकरण.
परदेशात शिक्षणासाठी जाणारे विद्यार्थी, परदेशात कामासाठी तसेच रोजगाराच्या संधी प्राप्त झालेल्या नागरिकांसाठी व टोकियो ऑलिंपिकमध्ये सहभागी खेळाडूसाठी लसीकरणाचा दुसरा डोस ( २८ दिवसानंतर व ८४ दिवसांपूर्वी )आणि ज्यांचा पहिला डोस बाकी आहे. त्याचे लसीकरण करण्यासाठी पुणे महापालिकेने विशेष लसीकरण मोहीम दिनांक१६ जून ते १८ जून पर्यंत,कमला नेहरू रुग्णालय, येथे आयोजित केली आहे.
परदेशात जाणाऱ्या विद्यार्थ्यांना व नागरिकांना आरोग्याच्या दृष्टीने सुरक्षा प्राप्त व्हावी, तसेच विद्यार्थ्यांचा आंतरराष्ट्रीय प्रवास सुलभ व्हावा या उद्देशाने परदेशात शिक्षणासाठी जाणारे विद्यार्थी, परदेशात कामासाठी तसेच रोजगाराच्या संधी प्राप्त झालेल्या नागरिकांसाठी व टोकियो ऑलिंपिकमध्ये सहभागी होणाऱ्या खेळाडूसाठी लसीकरणाचा पहिला व दुसरा डोस (२८ दिवसानंतर व ८४ दिवसांपूर्वी) देणेबाबत भारत सरकारच्या निर्देशानुसार पुणे महानगरपालिकेमार्फत विशेष मोहीम बुधवार दि.१६ जून २०२१ ते शुक्रवार दि.१८ जून २०२१ पर्यंत राबविण्यात येत आहे.
ज्या विद्यार्थ्यांना व नागरिकांना डोस घ्यावयाचा आहे त्यांनी आवश्यक वैध पुराव्यानीशी, म्हणजे परदेशी विद्यापीठातील/महाविद्यालयातील प्रवेश मिळाल्याचे निश्चितीपत्र,पारपत्र (पासपोर्ट),व्हिसा, तसेच विद्यापीठ/महाविद्यालयाकडून प्राप्त झालेले I -20 किंवा DS – 160 Form (Admission Confirmation letter and I-20 or DS-160 Form for Foreign Visa from Concerned overseas university etc.)वर्क परमीट, संबंधित कंपनीचे ओळखपत्र इत्यादी कागदपत्रे studentvaccination.pune@gmail.com या ईमेल वर पाठविण्यात यावीत, त्या नंतर पुणे मनपा प्रशासनाकडून कागदपत्राची छाननी करून, इमेल द्वारे टोकन देण्यात येईल. टोकं द्वारे प्राप्त झालेल्या विहित वेळेनुसार लसीकरणासाठी पुणे महानगरपालिकेच्या कमला नेहरू रुग्णालयातील ५ व्या मजल्यावर स्थापित लसीकरण केंद्रावर सकाळी १० ते ५ या वेळेत संपूर्ण कागदपत्रासह उपस्थित राहणे आवश्यक आहे.
