Complete the road works in the Hinjawadi Maan and Marunji area of Mulshi taluka expeditiously, necessary funds will be made available for this, stated Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar.
He was speaking at a review meeting held at the Divisional Commissioner’s Office on facilities in Hinjewadi, Maan and Marunji areas.
Mr Pawar said that the unfinished work of Sus and Wakad roads should be completed immediately to avoid traffic jams in the industrial estate area. Hinjewadi road work should also be planned via Mahalunge. MIDC should take immediate action for the waste project. A police outpost at Maan, Marunji will be sanctioned, he said.
During the meeting, discussions were held on CCTV, garden, sewage treatment plant, STP project, water supply scheme, playground, fire station etc.
Problems in the industrial area should be solved immediately to solve the problems of the people. Mr Pawar also said that the new facilities will benefit the citizens in the long run.
The meeting was attended by Chief Officers and local office bearers of the Public Works Department, Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation and other departments.
