Stress-free life possible through Yogasadhana – Speaker Ramraje Naik-Nimbalkar.
In times of global epidemics like the Corona, everyone is struggling to make ends meet. To cope with this battle, everyone should try to find out how to live a stress-free life through various yoga practices in Indian culture and through this it is possible to live a stress-free life, asserted Legislative Council Speaker Ramraje Naik-Nimbalkar here today.
In the Legislature; Dedication Yoga Camp was organized by VS Page Parliamentary Training Center, Maharashtra Legislative Secretariat Officers-Staff Welfare Center and Shri Shivkripanand Swami Foundation in the presence of Sadguru Shri Shivkripashankar Swami. He was talking at the time. Dr Neelam Gorhe, Deputy Speaker of the Legislative Council, Hon’ble Member of the Legislative Assembly, Rajendra Bhagwat, Principal Secretary of the Legislative Assembly, officers and staff of the Legislative Assembly were present on this occasion.
Speaker Mr Naik-Nimbalkar said everyone is going through different stress during Corona. He expressed his condolences to those who died during the Corona period and natural calamities, saying that everyone should try to stay healthy by doing what is possible through meditation or yoga to get rid of this stress.
Sadguru Shri Shivakripashankar Swami said, along with the welfare of the people, self-welfare should be considered. Meditate for at least 30 minutes every day with the feeling of doing something for yourself. It is self-satisfying to plan and accomplish any task and to work selflessly. The path of yoga meditation is the best way to connect man with man. Discrimination is reduced through yoga. Be introverted while meditating. This increases confidence, said Shri Shivkripashankar Swami.
