After the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education announces the results of the Class XII examination as per the revised assessment procedure, the students are informed to apply in the prescribed form (Form-A) if they have any objections/complaints against the result. Accordingly. Students should apply by the end of September 25, 2021. Subsequent applications will not be considered. This should be noted by the headmaster/principal, students, parents and other stakeholders of all concerned higher secondary schools / junior colleges. This has been informed by the Secretary of the State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, Dr Ashok Bhosale through a letter.

Petition No. 620/2021 regarding the evaluation of Higher Secondary Certificate (Class 12) Examination Year 2021 conducted by Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education and other boards has been decided by the Supreme Court, New Delhi on 24/06/2021.  Accordingly, after the results of the examination are declared as per the revised assessment procedure, the students are directed to make arrangements at the board level to resolve any objections or grievances against the results.
