Deputy Chief Minister and Guardian Minister of Pune District Ajit Pawar stated that this book of senior journalist Shyamatatya Daundkar’s ‘Chuka, Khulase An Kisse Patrakariteche’ is a document that teaches the people, political leaders and political and social life.

The second edition of journalist Shyamatatya Daundkar’s book ‘Chuka, Khulase An Kisse Patrakariteche’ was released by Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar at the Mahatma Gandhi Hall of Pune Zilla Parishad. Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar was speaking on the occasion. ZP President Nirmala Pansare, Vice President Ranjit Shivtare, ZP Construction and Health Chairman Pramod Kakade, ZP Chief Executive Officer Ayush Prasad and journalists were present on this occasion.

Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar said that he has expressed the experiences of senior journalist Shyamatatya Daundkar while working as a journalist for the last 30 to 35 years in his book ‘Chuka, Khulase An Kisse Patrakariteche’. The first edition of the book was completed in just four months. This underscores the importance of this book. He has mentioned funny stories in district and state politics in this book. Many misconceptions about journalists will be removed from this book. The book is written in very simple language. So the common people understand immediately. In the last 30 to 35 years, this book contains the contributions of people who have met blacks in political and social life, friends and family.

Coming from an ordinary rural farming family, the young man takes his place in journalism by taking questions from the general public, the readers. पत्रकार श्यामतात्या दौंडकर यांच्या ‘चुका, खुलासे अन किस्से पत्रकारितेचे’ या पुस्तकाच्या दुसऱ्या आवृत्तीचे प्रकाशन उपमुख्यमंत्री अजित पवार यांच्या हस्ते पुणे जिल्हा परिषदेच्या महात्मा गांधी सभागृहात झाले. या  प्रसंगी  वेळी उपमुख्यमंत्री अजित पवार बोलत होते. यावेळी जि.प.अध्यक्ष निर्मला पानसरे, उपाध्यक्ष रणजित शिवतरे, जि.प.चे बांधकाम  व आरोग्य सभापती प्रमोद काकडे, जि.प.चे मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी आयुष प्रसाद व पत्रकार उपस्थित होते.

उपमुख्यमंत्री अजित पवार म्हणाले, ज्येष्ठ पत्रकार श्यामतात्या दौंडकर यांना गेल्या 30 ते 35 वर्ष पत्रकारिता करीत असताना आलेले अनुभव ‘चुका, खुलासे अन किस्से पत्रकारितेचे’ या पुस्तकातून त्यांनी व्यक्त केले आहेत. पुस्तकाची पहिली आवृत्ती अवघ्या चार महिन्यातच संपली. यावरुन या पुस्तकाचे महत्त्व अधोरेखित होते. जिल्ह्याच्या, राज्याच्या राजकारणातील गमतीदार किस्से या पुस्तकात त्यांनी नमूद केलेले आहेत.पत्रकारांबद्दलचे अनेक गैरसमज या पुस्तकातून दूर होतील. पुस्तक हे अतिशय सोप्या भाषेत लिहिलेले आहे. त्यामुळे सामान्य लोकांना लगेच समजते. गेल्या 30 ते 35 वर्षात श्यामतात्यांना राजकीय सामाजिक जीवनात जे-जे लोक भेटले, मित्र, परिवार त्यांचेही योगदान या पुस्तकात आहे.
