The election process of co-operatives started.
State Co-operative Election Authority, State of Maharashtra, Pune has informed that the election process of co-operative societies has started.
The election process of co-operative societies in the state was suspended till August 31, 2021, on the backdrop of Covid-19. The government has postponed the election process of cooperative societies. As it was not extended beyond 31st August 2021, the authority Order to start the election process of the first phase co-operative societies from 20th September 2021. Passed on 13 September 2021. This has been informed in a letter by Yashwant Giri, Secretary, State Co-operative Election Authority.
