The recruitment process for 3 thousand 64 vacancies of professors will start soon – Higher and Technical Education Minister Uday Samant. 

The decision to withdraw the agitation on behalf of the Net-Set PhD  Eligible Struggle Committee. 

 The Net-Set PhD Eligible Struggle Committee had been agitating in front of the Directorate of Higher Education, Pune office since June 21, 2021, regarding various demands. A total of 4,074 professors were approved for recruitment by the high-level committee. Out of which recruitment of vacancies of 1 thousand 674 professors has been completed. Higher and Technical Education Minister Uday Samant assured that the recruitment process for the 3,064 vacancies that had stalled during the Corona period would begin soon. Welcoming the decision, the Net-Set PhD Eligibility Struggle Committee has decided to withdraw the agitation. 

A meeting was held at the District Collector’s Office under the chairmanship of Higher and Technical Education Minister Uday Samant to discuss the agitation in front of the Pune office of the Directorate of Higher Education, as well as a statement issued by the Net-Set PhD Eligibility Struggle Committee. On this occasion Principal Secretary OP Gupta (via television system) Collector Dr Rajesh Deshmukh, Director Dhanraj Mane along with senior officers were present.

The Minister of Higher and Technical Education, Mr Samant, said that the process of recruitment of professors has been completed by the Department of Higher and Technical Education and submitted to the General Administration Department. The General Administration Department has completed the proceedings and submitted the case to the Finance Department for further action. He clarified that after the completion of the process from the finance department, the government will make a decision regarding the recruitment soon after getting approval from the finance ministry. Assuming a total of vacancies by the year 2020, a proposal for 700 posts was directed to be submitted to the High-Level Committee. It was decided to conduct a survey in two months on the number of vacancies for professors by 2020.

Following the demand of the professors working on a Clock hour basis, it was decided to pay 48 minutes Clock hour as an honorarium. It was also decided to form a committee under the chairmanship of Director Dhanraj Mane to take a decision regarding CHB and submit a report within three months. 

He said that a committee comprising Minister for Higher and Technical Education, Minister for Social Justice, Minister for Tribal Welfare and other backward Bahujan Welfare Department would be constituted for the cadre wise policy and the appropriate decision would be taken soon.  

Responding positively to the demand made by the Maharashtra State Librarians Federation for the recruitment of grant-aided senior colleges as well as university librarians, it has been decided to approve the recruitment of 121 librarians as well as 659 academic teachers. Welcoming the decision, the Maharashtra State Librarians Federation has decided to postpone the agitation on June 28.

प्राध्यापकांच्या ३ हजार ६४ रिक्त जागांची भरती प्रकिया लवकरच सुरु करणार – उच्च व तंत्रशिक्षणमंत्री उदय सामंत. 

नेट-सेट पीएचडी पात्रताधारक संघर्ष समितीच्या वतीने आंदोलन मागे घेण्याचा निर्णय.  

 नेट-सेट पीएचडी पात्रताधारक संघर्ष समितीच्या वतीने 21 जून 2021 पासून विविध मागण्यांसंदर्भात उच्च शिक्षण संचालनालय, पुणे कार्यालयासमोर आंदोलन करण्यात येत होते. उच्चस्तरीय समितीच्या वतीने एकूण 4 हजार 74 प्राध्यापक भरतीस मान्यता देण्यात आली होती. त्यापैकी 1 हजार 674 प्राध्यापकांच्या रिक्त जागेची भरती पूर्ण करण्यात आलेली आहे. कोरोनाच्या काळात थांबलेली 3 हजार 64 प्राध्यापकांच्या रिक्त जागेची भरती प्रक्रिया लवकरच सुरु करण्यात येईल, असे आश्वासन उच्च व तंत्र शिक्षणमंत्री उदय सामंत यांनी दिले. या निर्णयाचे स्वागत करत नेट-सेट पीएचडी पात्रताधारक संघर्ष समितीच्या वतीने करण्यात येत असलेले आंदोलन मागे घेण्याचा निर्णय घेतला आहे.  

उच्च व तंत्रशिक्षणमंत्री उदय सामंत यांच्या अध्यक्षतेखाली उच्च शिक्षण संचालनालय, पुणे कार्यालयासमोर सुरु असलेल्या आंदोलनाच्या अनुषंगाने तसेच नेट-सेट पीएचडी पात्रताधारक संघर्ष समितीच्या वतीने देण्यात आलेल्या निवेदनासंदर्भात प्रतिनिधींसोबत चर्चा करण्यासाठी जिल्हाधिकारी कार्यालयात बैठकीचे आयोजन करण्यात आले होते. यावेळी प्रधान सचिव ओ.पी.गुप्ता (दूरदृश्य प्रणालीद्वारे) जिल्हाधिकारी डॉ. राजेश देशमुख, संचालक धनराज माने यांच्यासह वरिष्ठ अधिकारी उपस्थितीत होते.

उच्च व तंत्रशिक्षणमंत्री श्री.सामंत म्हणाले, प्राध्यापक भरती प्रकियेची नस्ती उच्च व तंत्रशिक्षण विभागाने कार्यवाही पूर्ण करुन सामान्य प्रशासन विभागाकडे सादर करण्यात आली आहे. सामान्य प्रशासन विभागाने कार्यवाही पूर्ण करत पुढील कार्यवाहीसाठी वित्त विभागाकडे नस्ती सादर केलेली आहे. वित्त विभागाकडील प्रक्रिया पूर्ण झाल्यानंतर अर्थमंत्रालयाकडून मान्यता घेतल्यानंतर भरतीसंदर्भात लवकरच शासन निर्णय काढणार असल्याचे त्यांनी यावेळी स्पष्ट केले. 2020 या वर्षापर्यंत एकूण रिक्त पदे गृहित धरुन 700 पदांचा प्रस्ताव उच्चस्तरीय समितीकडे सादर करण्याचे निर्देश दिले. 2020 या वर्षापर्यंत प्राध्यापकांची किती पदे रिक्त आहेत याबाबतच दोन महिन्यात सर्वेक्षण करण्याचा निर्णय घेण्यात आला. 

तासिका तत्वावर काम करणाऱ्या प्राध्यापकांच्या मागणीच्या अनुषंगाने 48 मिनिटांची तासिका याप्रमाणे मानधन देण्याचा निर्णय घेण्यात आला. तसेच सीएचबी संदर्भात निर्णय घेण्यासाठी संचालक धनराज माने यांच्या अध्यक्षतेखाली समिती गठित करुन तीन महिन्यात अहवाल सादर करण्याचा निर्णयही घेण्यात आला.  

संवर्गनिहाय धोरणासाठी उच्च व तंत्रशिक्षणमंत्री, सामाजिक न्यायमंत्री, आदिवासी कल्याणमंत्री व इतर मागास बहुजन कल्याण विभागाचे मंत्री यांची समिती स्थापन करुन लवकरच योग्य तो निर्णय घेण्यात येईल असे सांगत यासंदर्भात मुख्यमंत्री आणि उपमुख्यमंत्री यांच्याशी चर्चा करण्यात येईल असे त्यांनी यावेळी सांगितले.  

महाराष्ट् राज्य ग्रंथपाल महासंघाच्या वतीने अनुदानित वरिष्ठ महाविद्यालये तसेच विद्यापीठातील ग्रंथपाल भरतीसंदर्भात केलेल्या मागणीला सकारात्मक प्रतिसाद देत 121 ग्रंथपाल भरती तसेच विद्यापीठातील शिक्षकीय 659 भरती करण्यास मान्यता देण्याचा निर्णय घेण्यात आला आहे. या निर्णयाचे महाराष्ट्र राज्य ग्रंथपाल महासंघाच्या वतीने स्वागत करत 28 जून रोजी करण्यात येणारे आंदोलन स्थगित करण्याचा निर्णय घेण्यात आलेला आहे.
